I used this location during Thanksgiving 2023 while visiting family. Right after I made the reservations I called to get information about visiting with my pets. Staff over the phone and detailed on the information provided. Upon our arrival Maria was very helpful trying to understand the check in process on the app. Lobby was clean and smelled very good. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good and it has variety. Overall very good experience. I would definitely consider this location for future trips.

Most everything was wonderful, only the breakfast is little options, stayed 8 nights breakfast every day is the same with limited options.

The location was great, and the rooms were spectacular. The place was very clean, and I feel like we got more than we paid for. The price was lower than we have recently paid for other places and a much nicer place.

I didn't like how we never saw any of the staff. I know they were there, but when we needed them to ask questions we couldn't find them.

The manager addressed our concerns...ie another guest walked into our room at 6am because of a glitch in the computer system that indicated that our room was vacant. Then the front desk called 15 minutes later and woke us up again. The hotel manager was very helpful.

See above.and the initial interaction with the front desk person regarding this matter was less than helpful or empathetic.

close to everything. room was big and clean. staff accommodating. dog friendly with poop bags outside and trash cans.

towels were clean but ripped/had holes. bbq pits only had 1 or 2 burners that worked well so we luckily were able to share those burners with some other people to cook our food. would have liked to have backup supplies like more dishwasher powder, extra roll of toilet paper, paper towel etc.

Home2 Suites lived up to our expectations! The property was very clean and well maintained, including the laundry centre. Staff were very helpful when we had an issue with a leak in the bathroom. The suite was very comfortable and a good size.

Nice hotel located in a safe, quiet area w restaurants close by. Full breakfast included, spacious room w comfortable bed. I paid to park my car there for six weeks and everything worked out.

Nothing to complain about other not close to DFW (no surprise).

Huge, 2 separate rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Full sized frig, 2 tvs. Not far from DFW and away from some sketchy, low cost hotels that surround DFW.

Safe neighborhood, several restaurants options close by. Car would be best in this neighborhood.

It was close to where we needed to be, clean, ample parking

Bedding was worn, blanket wasn’t big enough for two adults to share. Spare blanket was rough and uncomfortable

I was overcharged and with no explanation. I have a confirmation email from Hilton with the price and I was still charged almost $340 more.
