I loved that check out wasn't until 12 gave us plenty time to sleep in and get ready before time to check out , I also loved that room service didn't come knocking at your door early in the morning rushing you out like other hotels! Beds were very comfortable!

One couch in one room had stains

Good location, easy access off highway.

Room definitely needed painting and bathroom wall corner needs fixing from years of water damage. Ac/heating unit wasn’t functional and thermal bedding was torn with stuffing coming out. Pillows were veer small and flimsy.

Breakfast was decent.

Pool was closed during my time along with the hot tub. A vehicle was stolen one night while I was there and there was no secure main entry after hours... anyone could come and go at will. I also couldn't get a Handicap room.

The breakfast variety was good. I was worried the room was going to smell like cigarettes like the non-smoking hallways but not at all it smelled clean. The towels smelled clean.

How people leave the floors all wet when leaving the pool & it not being moped right away. The dining tables were dusty.

Everything was okay. Includes breakfast worker made sure we were all done eating and didn't need anything else before cleaning up food and breakfast area & the pool and hot tub were open.

The fold out couch had a dirty sheet and the pillows and bed pad were stained.

I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions just to get away. And not once have I had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable the staff is very responsive when you need them. In all honesty I love this hotel. And would recommend to everyone

Breakfast was very good food hot everything available for self service enjoyed small waffles for breakfast.

Cleanliness bathroom floor was dirty had not been swept or mopped, dresser drawers had lint & sticky ,carpet not vacuumed.😏

It was convenient, beds were very comfortable, breakfast bar had a lot of variety.

The couch in the room had many stains, like someone spilled soda all over it. There were stains on the ceiling as well.

The Room was very clean, the bed was extra comfy, The price was exceptional, The location was great. It was a good experience all the way around. Definitely will be staying again.

The only thing I did not like is when the other parties that stayed at the hotel, when they would leave their rooms at night I could hear their door slam, but was no big deal.

good location. clean rooms. friendly staff. pool and hot tub were nice. breakfast was good.

no towels in the pool area. we had to ask the front desk for some. the beds were comfy while sleeping but a little hard and a pillow case and one comforter were stained.
