The breakfast was fantastic, table service was unexpected but certainly a bonus. The reception staff were so attentive and accomondating, having a Starbucks at the motel is certainly a bonus for those early morning coffees before breakfast. The rooms were big and so comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and exceeded a luxury lifestyle. Location was so convenient to the metro to be able to get around the city and for food outlets very close and handy.

The best about this hotel is the location: It is superb! Close to the metro, close to the National Airport, the area is very clean, modern and feels very safe (Crystal City). There is a big grocery store near by. Good facilities, Starbucks inside the hotel. The room was nice and has everything needed, including iron. The staff was also very friendly during check-in and out.

No detachable shower with an "interesting" control for hot/cold water. The fridge was working, but producing only heat and noise as the rubber was warn out and thus providing no good sealing and this limited a bit my options to store food items. All in all a solid 9/10.

My room was very comfortable---the bed was fab and I slept like a baby. The desk was also great, as I spent quite a bit of time at it working. The bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and well-supplied. And the Starbucks on the mezzanine level was very convenient. Also, I had dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor once during my stay (Potomac Social) and what I had was pretty darn good. The hotel is also well-located---there's an Amazon Fresh literally on the next block and a Whole Foods about 3 blocks in the other direction. Also, there's a cinema a block away.

There weren't many dining options close by. Of course, you can use Doordash or Uber Eats but the taxes and fees are almost as much as the food itself, and doesn't seem worth it.

The hotel was in a safe area, close to metro, full breakfast was included, the restaurant on site was very good and airport shuttle was nice. We got there at 1130 and asked to store our luggage, and they actually checked us in instead. It was nice to be settled before we set out to sightsee. Very clean hotel. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

There were no downsides. Everyone was nice and made our trip to the Inauguration a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service by staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had all the amenities required and the room was quite clean. No smelly carpets and everything was in order. The restaurant staff was very friendly and amazing customer service overall. Closer to a street where the evening ambience is amazing and lot of food options. Interconnected Starbucks was the cherry on top.

Wish there was a pool :)

They have a wheeled table that can slide under another one, which is really helpful for eating takeouts. The room is fairly clean. Front desk and stuff are very friendly. Exerllent location! Lot of food options, close to the subway.

I need to request for bath gel, tissue. Those are at the end of use when we arrive. TV doesnt work. People next door are loud. No microwave in the room.

It was a great location. The room was very comfortable and was very well cleaned. It had a hairdryer that was really good and a small fridge.

I didn’t have free breakfast. I paid 22 dollars for the hotel’s warm breakfast per person and I think it could’ve been better at service and food options. The price for parking was also very high per day.

Good price with the option to include breakfast. Love the view. Small convenience store in the lobby. There’s a Starbucks and a nice restaurant inside the hotel.

No complementary water for my coffee. I also didn’t not like the high bed and I was having a hard time getting up (I am 5’.1” tall). I was in the 12th floor and no vending machine or water machine.

We stayed here last weekend for a quick family getaway. I was a little hesitant because the reviews were hit or miss and the price was quite a bit lower than other properties, but I am so glad we went for it! The location can’t be beat. It was a short walk to the metro station and only 1 stop from the airport. There is an Amazon fresh grocery store right across the street which was handy for grabbing snacks for the day. The free breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but very good and filling. Everyone we spoke to who work there were so nice and so helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast servers. We will definitely stay here again.

Yes it was a little dated aesthetically, but clean. The only thing I would change: I wish the rooms had queen sized beds. The full sized is a little tight, especially for families. But I don’t knock them for this because I knew about it when booking and wasn’t surprised by it.
