Location close to the airport. We were only there for the night.

Very difficult to book airport transfer with the hotel. Once you're there the staff are great and it's not problem but had trouble contacting the hotel, tried booking . com messenger app, email and phone. Again the staff were very accommodating it was just tough to reach someone.

The room was spacious, clean and we like that we have everything in the room; ie: kitchen, washer along with all the amenities. When we had concerned, it was taken cared right away. Location is convenient as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the front entrance up to the folks at the check in. We couldn't ask for more as they were always polite and willing to help in all your inquiries. That's why if I ever had to book again I will go back to Citadines. Butch? the one in the counter was very very friendly. Asking if we needed anything, even booking our grab. James went above & beyond in helping us. I needed a weighing scale only, he offered to finished packing our box, including taping it & putting the rope. The gentleman in the front (I'm so sorry that I forgot his name. He wears a black uniform. But he was always there the entire time we were there) he was always helping us. Every time we get out from our taxi, he made sure we didn't forget anything inside. And I want to commend him for his outstanding service. Room service is on par. Always providing all the amenities that we needed.

Breakfast buffet, we tried it twice, I might say it needs a little improvement as we can compare it to the other hotels that we had checked in.

The staff here are always welcoming and so helpful with everything. Breakfast is good value for money especially considering that other hotels in Manila charge a lot more for the same. Location is good, only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, and from there it is nice walk along to MOA, Mall of Asia which has all of what you need in way of shopping and restaurants. Citadines is only 10 or 15 minutes drive from the airport via the Expressway depending on traffic. I always choose to come back to Citadines, Bay City, Coral Way. It is also convenient for shopping at the adjoining W Mall.

My friends and I stayed overnight in a one-bedroom apartment for some rest and bonding. We were able to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time. Maybe the hotel was not fully booked then. The room was spacious and spotless, and linens were fresh. There's a pool and a gym which we wished we availed of but weren't able to due to our short stay. The staff were very friendly and promptly accomodated all our requests. Loved the breakfast buffet at the coffeeshop. Just enough variety to choose from. Would love to come back.

There's a working kitchen in our room, complete with a microwave, a stove, pans and utensils. But would be nice if there's a kitchen towel to dry the dishes we washed. Booked the room online but there's no option for breakfast included in the room package.

We booked this place for an overnight stay before our connecting flight the next day. The location is quite close to the airport—it took us about 15–20 minutes to get there by Grab on a Sunday noon. The room is spacious enough for two guests, featuring a standard king bed and a couch. The couch is a great addition for those who prefer not to sit on the bed while resting. The room also comes with a microwave, which is a convenient touch. The bathroom is clean, and the shower works perfectly. In terms of location, the hotel is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from MOA (Mall of Asia). There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby, and a supermarket right next to the hotel—perfect for travelers looking to buy local snacks at regular prices.

Very good hotel with great location near SM mall. 10 steps away from restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We booked 1 bedroom studio. 12 floor. The room was super clean. We used the fridge, wash machine and all the appliances and worked just fine. Room service is great, with 24 open bar. The stuff, as all filipinos, were super friendly. They urged us to ask for more services. Nothing wrong about this hotel. We were there January 2025.

Absolutely nothing. Except my autistic mind didn’t like the sounds of the elevators. And the hallways were not air conditioned.

The room is great, spacious, clean, decorated and with accessories and comfort. I liked that there was an attitude of sustainability. The service of the staff was fast and good. Great location before / after a flight and for those who want to shop in MOA. Keep the suitcase until the afternoon, at no extra charge

Everything is great. There was only noise in the middle of the night At 02:00 at night there was half an hour of disturbing noise. which is not characteristic of noise in the hotel. A series of loud knocks, like bouncing a basketball or renovations, that lasted over half an hour and were heard throughout the floor (6) even with noise canceling headphones. The noises woke me up several times and it was a very significant disturbance, I rented the room just to sleep for a few hours before a flight, from midnight to morning and although the room is lovely, the disturbance was very significant. What is strange, I saw such a comment in the reviews, I assumed it was a one-time case of guests, but the description sounds exactly the same.

Everyone was polite, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast had a large variety. It gave us a chance to try many different Filipino foods but also had plain familiar foods. Everyone was so welcoming, especially Barry the dog.

The walls were pretty thin. You knew when anyone walked by, or was having a birthday party across the hall. We turned the light on requesting no maid service. 3 people rang the doorbell to ask if everything is OK. That's very nice to make sure everything is OK, but sometimes a person just needs the rest, especially traveling internationally.

Maganda yung 1 bedroom suite nila. Working washer/dryer, you can cook, and complete cooking sets and big fridge. Although we have a little bit of problem with our unit. For some reason, may red ants kapag nagluluto kami. Nawawala sila pero mahirap magiwan ng food/ sweet na drinks sa countertop dahil nilalanggam sya bigla after a few mins lang. (i think particular lang to sa unit na stayhan namin that time. Coz we’ve been staying in this hotel and never namin naexperience to sa ibang rooms before. Baka sa unit lang na ito.) But overall, we love Citadines bay city manila. My husband and I always opt to stay here pag dadating at paalis na ng pinas because of their wonderful hospitality, location, and gym facilities pati value/prices. The food in their cafe too is delicious.

The red ants. Di ko sya napansin agad coz I never thought there would be ants sa hotel. Super kati nung pagkuha ko sa dishes when I was about to wash them. May mga langgam na pula na pala hindi ko nakita agad.

Availability of early check in. Spacious and modern one bedroom unit with a big comfortable bed, basic cooking amenities and a washing machine. Well-equipped gym. Polite and helpful staff. ~10 minute walk to SMX convention centre.

Nothing about the room or property. Was informed of possibility of roadside robbery in the area. Be alert (esp solo female traveler) walking to and from SMX or get a ride via Grab app although this can take longer than the actual walk.
