Room was a good size, well-equipped American sized and styled bathroom, good air conditioning, quiet despite being very close to airport, walkable from hotel to airport

Restaurant's menu selections for vegan/vegetarian poor, shuttle only starts at 5am, we needed 4:15am so had to keep rental car another day

This hotel is most likely the nearest to Marseille airport, and possibly the most comfortable, boasting a huge swimming pool, a gym, a spacious restaurant and functional bedrooms. There is also a free shuttle from and to the airport from 5 am to midnight, and breakfast is served from a very early hour, which is great for those of you who have early flights. Meals are good and varied, and while the bedrooms are not huge, they are more than enough for a short stay, and there is enough to do to while away the hours until your flight leaves: the bar, for example, has a good choice of drinks and the barman is lovely!

Not all staff members were equally friendly: some were not at all interested in helping out and should perhaps consider a career move away from hospitality. The restaurant has one or two vegetarian options, as advertised, but there was zero flexibility in adapting any dishes to our dietary choices.

We arrived by cruise and stayed here for an early flight out of Marseille airport. They were able to let us check in an hour early after our cruise and reception scheduled a 3:30am taxi to the airport because it the shuttle didn't run until 5am. After check-in, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant and lounged at the pool for the afternoon. We ate an early dinner at the bar and then turned in. Next morning, super early check out and taxi service went without a hitch and exactly on time. Staff is excellent, facilities are clean, well kept, and great quality, restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and the food is very good. Bar has a small but adequate menu. Everything about this stay was brilliant.

I chose the hotel from Booking.com because of it's location 10 minutes from the airport. I wanted to return my rental car the night before flying out and I was able to do that and walk back to the hotel in only 10 minutes. If I had wanted to, I could have walked to the hotel to take my flight out, but the hotel provided a free shuttle service. I appreciated the staff spoke english and all of them were polite and helpful. I didn't expect the hotel to be so nice. It looked new and my room was attractive and comfortable and looked new as well. Many of the guests were airline employees which is a good sign.

Convenience of location from Marseille airport, shuttle service (when going to airport, not when coming from airport to hotel, which was not good). Breakfast was good, and efficient.

Shuttle service to get me from airport to hotel. I phoned 3 times and wasted 40 minutes waiting; then gave up on them and booked a taxi for the 5-minute ride. Would have walked, but the connecting streets generally have no sidewalks or allowance for pedestrian traffic.

The room was clean and kind of well maintained. The bathroom was great, enjoyed the bath tub most of all. The airport is really close, it taked you about 5-10 minutes to walk there, and even though it's so close, the room was pretty quiet. The wi-fi connection was great, the staff was kind and helpful. There were tovels on the beack beds by the pool, which was great, and they were located both on sunny and shady places, which I consider to be a nice touch.

Even though there is a mini bar in the room, there are no wine-openers. There were some lights in the room, that couldn't be turned off, only by removing the card and turning off all the electricity. The pool wasn't the cleanest, it was greasy and dirty, wasn't too enjoyable to swim in. Furthermore, there is nothing around the hotel but the airport. The restaurants have a sort of limited menu, and some items were missing from that too. As for the free shuttle, if you have an early flight to catch, forget it, you have to walk as they only have the service for a limited amount of time.

Staff very friendly, patient & helpful; close to airport with airport shuttle; air-conditioned rooms (critical as summer temperatures above 37 degC); comfortable & clean room and communal areas; in-room digital safe large enough for a 15" laptop; and food was tasty.

The QR code in the bedroom for the room service menu took me to a non-Best Western sales website (from Thailand), but was able to get menus from the restaurant. While the food was very tasty, another 1-2 vegetarian/vegan main dishes would be welcome.

I've stayed at this hotel before and will again. Its very clean, tidy, and has good facilities (restaurant, gym, pool etc). Staff are really nice and do all they can to support and help (I don't speak French, so this was very much appreciated). The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to work and great access to the airport.

Suggestion: If there had been a shuttle service to the Marseille downtown central area, that would have put it over the top in terms of amazing! But absolutely no complaints!
