The staff were amazing Food was excellent.

The guests badly dressed at mealtimes. People were wearing vest shorts and flip flops at meals. I don't want to see armpit hair at dinner. Rooms a little small bathrooms not that modern Idiots reserving loungers all day

The property is HUGE and has something for everyone. There are multiple pools, restaurants and bars. It never felt crowded because of all the available places to swim, relax, eat and drink. If you are looking to go somewhere where you don’t have to do anything, this is it. Obviously, they can help you book excursions or you can participate in the scheduled activities on the property. Go and relax!

I enjoyed the property but would recommend they send a link to their guests prior to their stay so they can reserve tables at the various restaurants. We were quite limited when we arrived because everything was booked.

Very nice location, clean, wonderful staff. Food is excellent.

The pools closed at 6:30 pm while The water park closed at 6pm. If the pools would have stayed open until 8pm it would have made the stay even better. It doesn’t get dark outside until about 9pm, with all the heat in the summer having longer pool hours would have been better.

An amazing resort with a beautiful beach. great food with lots of selection. A lot of different choices of restaurants as well. A lot of different choices for pools as well. Everything you need and more especially for a family with kids. Thier service was warm and welcoming and always willing to help. And loved their babysitting services as well :-)

Sometimes it seemed like there weren't enough sunbeds with shade available

Everything was great. The cobblestone roads between bungalows, the beach and sea were great. Staff was very friendly most of the time. Parking is close by and we could always find a spot.

The person in fitness center was a bit rude. Hotel photographers were friendly but a bit pushy. We were approached by 3 different ones during our stay, trying to convince us to do a photoshoot.

We just left the resort, it was a great experience. Positifs points : - very beautiful place - EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED - many activities - différents restaurants in the same place - quality of the food - in front of the sea

Negatives points: - it’s not adapted for couple vacancy, there is too many child … (noising, vomiting, diaper etc..) but when we will have children, we will know where to go ! - bed sun reservation… you are the law in your hostel, you should verify that your rules are respected. Too many times, the bed sun next to us was empty. - SPA : you should have a really accès to the spa for adult with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam etc

Creta Maris is an amazing all inclusive resort. The rooms are comfortable and food is great. It feels like a small village and lots to explore. I loved that there are different restaurants to go fo each night it really makes the experience fun and more luxurious. Staff is super nice and accommodating.

The pool area almost has no shaded areas, just a sun umbrella isnt enough, they are small and hard to move when sun moves. I wish there were more shaded huts, roofed areas, larger sun umbrellas, or something else that helps increase the shade for those who want to sit by the pool but not burn in the sun. Also pools were very very cold.

Food and service was perfect.

Photographers were anoying and intrusive with constant approaching and offering services that we refused many times.

I had been in several hotels with aquaparks in Greece islands - my conclusion: Hotel is easy 9/10. Staff - very well selected and very nice in interaction in general Food - very good compared to similar hotels , was mainly in restaurant near aquapark, though it was quite repeating. Relax pools - if you want less crowded , just few people No feeling of crowdy place even in August

Main reason I rated 8/10 due to barking dog in Terra building section VI. The issue is known by hotel , dog not related to Hotel so they have problem to solve it , anyhow I slept very badly in general and 2 nights had issues to sleep from 1am to 3am. Next time I'm there will be asking not sending me there , they sent me I guess as "impovement" with sea view so I could have 2 rooms together. Facilities were mainly ok but here and there not worked properly , one room door key was not working , flushing toilet was problematic in one room , fridge was making noise so i turned it off. Still I think hotel is worth the money if you not take the rooms in section I mentioned.

The resort is amazing! We loved it so much, we will definitely come back and I already recommended it to all my friends and colleagues! The territory is huge! Very clean and beautiful! There are plenty attractions for kids and adults, so if you want you can be busy all the day. The food is extraordinary and the drinks are very high level. The beach is very clean and beautiful. The hotel is 10 out of 10, we enjoyed it so much! The stuff was great, we got a room upgrade and it was amazing! Kids club was sooo good! (Kid love Tim, he has a great energy)
