The hotel courtyard and pool were beautiful. My daughter loved watching the geckos in the courtyard and the pig family that lived in the bush on the corner near check-in parking. The room had A/C. The staff were kind and patient explaining things to us.

The room was small, with minimal space around the beds. There was no mini-fridge, but you could put a small amount of things in their fridge behind the reception desk. Parking is off site and was locked when we had an early morning departure.

We would've loved if breakfast had been included. Washbasins are a bit small. If you're looking to be IN Flores Island, this hotel might be a bit far away (15 min walk).

The most important advantage of the hotel is its security with 24 hour reception and the presence of a courtyard and swimming pool. Ideal for families with children. 15 mins walking to the Santa Helena islands, 3 supermarkets around. This is where the benefits end.

The windows do not open in the rooms, therefore you have to turn on the air conditioner and run it constantly, otherwise there will be nothing to breathe. Lack of breakfast implies the need to buy groceries in the evening in order to have breakfast on your own. Another option is to go to restaurants around for breakfast, but few of them open before 9-10 am.

Lovely and well maintained hotel structure, courtyard and pool. The pool was bigger than we expected, very clean and a part of it was under a roof for sun protection. Location was ideal for us: 10 minutes walk to the island Flores Less than 20 minutes walking from the airport - in the early morning still doable by foot because it was not so hot yet. Not far from the public bus terminal to travel to Belize for example . 2 supermarkets next door. Very friendly staff that helped us finding out how to travel to Belize by public bus and let us store food in their fridge. All in all very good value for money

If breakfast started much earlier than 7:30 in the morning or there was the possibility for take away, we would have used it. Not a problem for us at all but maybe an idea for further enhancement

Safe location, few blocks from the bridge to island. We were at the gate of the airport within 10 mins. Welcome relief to have AC after visit to Tikal. The front desk staff Benjamin was so amazing,very helpful, answered all our questions and even called some restaurants for us as we did not have phone.

Nothing quick stop for the night.

Very nice hotel, beautiful patio with places to relax, comfortable room. Also really nice to have a swimming pool. Good value.

We went to Flores island to have dinner and discovered there are no tuktuks anymore after 7 pm, so we had to walk back, which was not a problem but not great at night.

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel for the price. We loved the pool, it was clean and a very comfortable temperature. The rooms were a great size and very clean. Walking distance to food and a supermarket/mall. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

The beds and bed sheets were very comfortable and gave us well needed rest. The pool access is great family enjoyed the pool. The rooms were a bit small but for us perfect since we only used them to sleep for a night.

Great location to get to Flores and the airport. Managed to navigate our way around very easily. When we checked in it was quite late and the room we had was really nice but it had a fault on the AC machine, the receptionist was very helpful and got us another room very quickly. The pool was a lovely respite after some 40 degree days and it was well kept. Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Most of it was good. Only thing I noticed was the AC leak.

Very nice hotel. Big room with 2 king size beds for only 2 people. Hot water available and a water fountain with purified water where you could refill your water bottle. The swimming pool was nice and very enjoyable in very hot Flores Just around the corner there is a lavenderia and a nice bakery

The room smelt damp. This can be explained by the bathroom which is very damp. Our room (number 10) was facing the inside patio and was next to the hotel restaurant so it could be noisy in the morning when people were taking breakfast. Finally, not being located in Flores, a 15 min walk is necessary to access restaurants and cafes
