The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The Indian traditional buffet breakfast is quite good.

The furniture is a bit shabby. The hot water isn't really hot. However, otherwise everything functions well.

I have stayed here many times over the years. It is in a great location for access to Majestic ( the main transport hub of this traffic clogged city). Staff are always friendly and hekpful. The hotel intends to get a card device that accepts international payment cards which will help travellers enormously. Failing that, the nearby Canara Bank has an ATM.

Expect to pay extra for breakfast (currently 250 rupees per person per meal) since, although Booking.com continues to advertise the room rate as including breakfast , the hotel says this is an error they have reported to Booking.com many times before without success.

Great place to stay. I've stayed here many times over the years and it is good value for money. It is not at all a luxury place but it doesn't pretend to be either. It is perfectly OK for a tourist who wants to experience India as it really is, great location 1km from Majestic (transport hub) .Staff are always helpful.

The only BIG draw back here is that, so far, the hotel cannot accept international bank cards. This is a major put off for lots of non-Indian customers because it means trips to an ATM or carrying large wads of cash. A major negative. I am told this will change .... wait and see!

Super clean, very modern and updated professional hotel. Located in a nice area of town. Room was great, bed was comfortable. Staff answered immediately and helped with everything we asked for - excellent.

Internet was a nightmare. Sometimes internet works, sometimes hours without internet. Also hot water only during the day.

STAY HERE!!! This is definitely the top of the 3 Star accommodation in Bengaluru. Here's my reasons: Location - It is close to Metro, KSR Main train station, Interstate Bus pickup and City centre. It's quietly located in small street Room is clean, tiled. Fresh linen and hot water showers!! Bottled water supplied. Breakfast included has Indian dishes and is buffet style. Its rates are exceptionally good value for money. I have been a long term sole traveller and I used this hotel as a base. I found the manager and staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful. I felt safe and secure here, including my belongings (Key card access) and I do not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for staying at, while visiting Bengaluru.

Person at the reception was behaving just like a bank manager. He should talk with smile. And be little bit nice to guests.

Great staff especially the housekeeping team are great 👍 I do not remember their names. Location easy to assess main areas .

Room amenities, and facilities a little bit can improve

Breakfast, location (walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and easy accessibility to most of the tourist places via uber or auto) , stay , polite behavior of staff.

The deluxe double bed room and it's bathroom were small. But for the price per day , it's not much of a problem. The triple bed room was really good and big. There were cockroaches in room. That is something the hotel should really look into. Otherwise it was really value for money.

Breakfast was Good and Location was also close prominent tourist places.

Location and Nearby Facilities

Hotel is very nice, truly one with three stars. Staff is polite and breakfast is very good. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was also clean with great shower.
