The apartment room spacious as we were with an infant. The food was yummy. Last but not the least we were there to celebrate my birthday and the team really made it a memorable one with complimentary cakes, cookies and fruits. As regards the team the entire team on 5 th floor of house keeping was great and would rate them a full 10+.,Mohidas and team thank you for your services.

We had to go through the operator to connect to any of the services like room service, house keeping etc and the operator never answered or called back which was annoying or never connected us to right dept. This irritated us as we were with sn infant and a seven year old wanting services from house keeping

Very Nice… one of the best places we have stayed in here in India… this one is our 17th accommodation as we have been here for last 6 weeks travelling…. We have stayed in fancy Forts, Taj Palace Mumbai to 4-5 star accommodation but I can truely say this place ticked all the boxes…. Not only the property has been maintained well to a 5 star standard, the staff are 5 star too from security to reception to restaurant… all top notch … We felt it was better than taj Mumbai in every way and thats saying something.

Not a biggie but the beautiful large water feature at the entrance is empty and non operational. It would be stellar if this was rectified but like I said … definitely not a deal breaker.

We enjoyed the hospitality as we entered the premise as everyone greeted us with broad smile right from the security to the person at reception. We were welcomed by guest relations team with traditional welcome which was quite unique .Check in formalities were smooth and so was the concierge. Though we stayed for only one night we used the coffee shop bakery at the ground floor and the restaurant on terrace - The Lotus ( excellent food) and also had breakfast the next day which was sumptuous and people manning the restaurant were very courteous and helpful.

We liked everything but if we really have to I would state 05% compulsory service charge at the restaurant (Unless it is compulsory by the Govt of India ) which tantamount to forced tip.

The apartments were spacious and comfortable and really felt like a home away from home. The staff were really friendly and supportive and would go out of their way to make sure we had all of our needs met. Finally, the location was nice and central, which saved us many combined hours of would-be travel.

Everything was perfect. Room was big nice with all the modern amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very much delicious. Thanks to all the chefs. Guest service and all the other treatments was quite good. Overall it's a memorable stay and will definitely visit again.

Just a suggestion for the buffet breakfast and dinner... If the size of the dessert items like cake, pastry, donut, croissant etc, can make a bit smaller, then the wastage of food can be avoided as we noticed that many people are just took one bite and wasted the rest, specially the children could not eat the full size croissant/donut etc. along with other food as they are very big.

The ambience, facilities and almost everything about the property.

The shower area in bathroom is very slippery and this has been my experience in my earlier stay also. Something has to be done for the white marble. A cake was placed in my upgraded room( suite room) with happy birthday written on it. I called the reception to inform none of us are having birthday. They came , apologised and took away the cake. I found it a bit unusual.

We stayed with Hyatt Regency for 2 nights. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property is located on main road so reaching there isn't a big challenge, also phoenix mall is just a few minutes away. There are nice restaurants to explore at the hotel but no green garden space to take a walk or relax which might be a good addition.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It is the staff in this hotel that makes it a special place. Rupali Sawant went above and beyond to support me- I was unwell during my stay. A very special thank you to her. Rupali was professional, compassionate, and thoughtful at all times. Her behaviour is exactly what a guest would expect of hospitality staff. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were most helpful too. Puii and Akash were very helpful at breakfast. Harsh at reception was great at warmly welcoming me and ensuring that I was settled in well.

The bathtub was leaking and the TV did not work. Staff was sent to sort the TV out immediately, but it stopped functioning within minutes of staff leaving. I did not report the bathtub leak - there was a well functioning shower. Despite these issues, I found staff to be very responsive and professional and am sure they would have addressed the problems in a timely manner had they been raised.

Overall great experience. I must recommend Pranali guest service agent for her wonderful service and the reception team not forgetting the duty manager (sorry can't remember all names) who was nice in providing me with a late check-out option although the hotel was full house.

BF at the restaurant was so good, but lack of service due to busyness I guess. I feel the team was not prepared to serve high-occupancy situation. huge queue behind the counter. had a few shortcomings in the service and availability of plates, glasses, etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency and Residency. The staff, the chefs, the food, and the room were all excellent. A special thanks to Chef Vishal Rai, Jessica, Sachin, Vinodraj, and Babita Mam for making our stay with our kids very relaxing and pampered. Your exceptional hospitality and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable. We look forward to our next visit!
