The property was clean & comfortable. I enjoyed my 5 night stay. Housekeeping came everyday. The food, the pool, the music selection, the location, the scent of the hotel was great! Make sure you make a reservation with the Japanese restaurant it was so good!

The room has a slight mold smell. Opened the windows to let it air out. Not sure where it came from. Also, the sales people trying to get you to sign up for the club membership was time consuming & draining.

The room location, buffet and Italian restaurant were excellent, so was the majority of staff, particularly Tishoy who cleaned our room andTyra on reception who always had a lovely smile and helped with a few issues we had.

There was a lot of building noise next door when we arrived and for a few days after, but the manager sorted things out to our satisfaction. Although the vast majority of staff were excellent, the one area that let things down were a number of the bar staff ( not all) , who if you didn’t tip every time you went to the bar were not clearly not happy and made you feel uncomfortable, and didn’t even communicate with you. If Iberostar were to sort these individuals out, it would make a big difference to the enjoyment of the holiday. It got to the point where I hated going to the bar.

The facilities were beautiful with plenty of food and beverage options. The buffet was excellent; a lot of variety and very high quality. There are a lot of bar options, everywhere. There was a buffet on the beach on Saturday.

The individual restaurants had varied quantity and quality of food. Samurai was very good and an enjoyable experience. The Italian and Jamaican restaurants were a little disappointing in quality and quantity.

I didn’t like that the pool closed so early , 7pm should be 10pm . I don’t like that we weren’t able to make more than 2 reservations for restaurants. I didn’t like the the lunch hours or the bar hours for the beach .

I had to wait long period of times for replacement washcloths and towels and getting my room cleaned. I had to complain to the manager of my concerns

Breakfast was always good especially the variety, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
