Generally it was an okay hotel. I enjoyed the fish head curry although the portion was big. The Asahan Cafe was cosy with a life band. Generally the food was reasonably okay although a little pricey. The room was more hippie than the usual. On the upside, they did have instant noodle available in the room for the famished

It was smaller than I anticipated. Even the bath room was small. for a burly man, there may be movement problem. A small table for work which is inconvenient. The breakfast cost RM40-25 per pax but they dont seem to have an egg station. Choices were few and the mee goreng was not tasty. I thought RM40-25 is an overpriced breakfast.

I'm stayed at level 5 , got annoyed by banging sound dari tingkt atas, might be from level 6? I don't know ?? 😅, I'm not sure if it's from footsteps or budak lompat2 . Other than that, everything is perfect 👌

Everything is good very convinient . The pool also good and all the staff are friendly . The bed spring was not so good .

I' m asking for non smoking room and I get a smoking room cause I can smell the ciggarete . Under the carpet near the fridge there is a sharp nail / stappler that poke my feet .

Clean reasonable rate. I left my small bag containing green packet (money) nevertheless I managed to get it back after 7 hours check out with the help from young lady front office staff. Keep it up!

Wifi strength at 4 floors is quite weak, I can't get the wifi to connect for 2 days which is my whole stay there.

The hospitality of the staffs as well as the location. The amenities are also berry generously provided.

Certain features are showing their age but kept in good condition by the hotel.

i love the location of the hotel. it's so strategic near to everything and very convenient. the staffs are also very friendly.

im a bit upset because the sink in my toilet is leaking and i cant use the sink. Maybe next time the hotel management can come up with a buffet voucher or discount for the next staycation as a compensation to your customer 😁

A little bit dated and worn out, but generally acceptable. Reception could try to be friendlier. Bell hop/concierge was the most welcoming.
