Outstanding response from maintenance when we reported lack of air conditioning. Excellent service at Lazy River for drinks and food. Concierge service was also excellent. Food was well prepared and presented and delicious.

Wish there was more shade areas at large pool. Appreciated shade areas at Lazy River. Would have liked more drawers in the room to put clothes away. We were in building 7.

i liked that everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the size of the resort was massive and it was nice to have visited and created a wonderful experience. I will always remeber the awesome time i had on my honeymoon!

i didnt like how at first it was tricky to navigate. It was difficult at first but at the end of the trip i knew where everything was. Maybe a tour would have helped but then again it could have been offered and i didnt know about it.

Great buffet! Isaac was excellent!! Made sure we were enjoying our meal and that we had enough drinks! Welcomed us each day with a great smile and made us feel so happy to be at the buffet. Entertainment was very good! Servers at pool were very attentive! Alberto was great! Also liked the guys in the carts that drove us to events and back in the evenings!

Shower door in our room did not shut correctly and flooded our bathroom. Had to use a towel to keep water from leaking out. Also pool was not heated, the weather was cold on and off during our stay was not able to use the pool, water super cold!

Our first visit and it was fantastic from head to toe. I love the waste reduction initiatives from the glass bottles in the room to digital menus. The staff was so attentive the whole time and the activity schedule will keep you busy throughout the day even if you just want to hang by the pool. The drinks were endless and great quality. Shout-out to all the landscapers who keep the grounds spotless. Will be back!

Gym was quite small relative to the size of other amenities.

We liked how it was layed out, the restaurants were very good, enjoyed that it was adult only & that the staff was very helpful & friendly

We wished that the beds on the beach were easier to acquire & that we could have swam in the ocean( red flagged)

it’s was a very beautiful location, quiet, peaceful great getaway…

The main complaint was the pool closes too early at 7/8pm…… as if adults have a curfew your forced to go to the main hall if you want to continue enjoy the evening. They do have music and bar area but some don’t want that and there is nothing else to do other than go to your room. Several of our friends wanted to just relax at the pool late and enjoy the view and weather, all bars outdoors close by 8pm. There was also too much seaweed, we were not able to enjoy the beach the 4 days we were there.

We were in the Junior Suite and requested to pay to upgrade to the Privilege package. We were rudely told "No". Please advise customers when booking if they cannot have the Privilege package. A bit disappointing when we had travelled over 20 hours from Australia for our first trip to Mexico. We felt like we were treated differently at times for not being "Privilege". It would be great to have the option of wristbands with a chip coded to your room instead of physical keys. Also the ability to make reservations from your room would be an improvement. We could not have the digital key option as we did not have American numbers. Please consider that people from all around the world chose to stay here.

The food was incredible, there were so many options and we were impressed alcoholic beverages were included. We loved all of the entertainment and activities provided at the resort. The atmosphere was really enjoyable it never felt overcrowded. The resort was incredibly beautiful. We enjoyed every moment of our trip.

Not all of the dining options had areas with A/C which was a little difficult at times since we went during the hottest part of the year.

Well maintained resort, exceptionally clean and comfortable room., Very friendly and welcoming staff . The main pool area is lovely, activities take place in the middle section which can be noisy however, both ends are much quieter. A great choice of restaurants, all waiter served, it felt like a special night every night. The Imperial band were brilliant and kept us entertained.

Rooms are excellent! Something for everyone to do and enjoy. The restaurants were great. The staff was amazing! I'm definitely going back.

Resort is in thick vegetation, jungle like, and there are a lot of creatures roaming around.
