I liked the breakfast buffet and the option of upgrading to deluxe. Due to deluxe I had a private vehicle for pick and drop from the airport and I was also allowed to access the hi-tea lounge any time of the day. The rooms were secure and had private access for each floor. The staff was very kind and helpful in navigating the destinations via arrangement of taxi.

The hotel restaurants closed too early. I am not sure but it seemed like the staff could not do too much around ensuring the peace and harmony at the swimming pool, therefore, I never visited the pool. The people visiting the pool did not seem sophisticated and were not following the instructions of the staff around the pool. The hotel is facing a barren building I hope that develops into a good structure and provide more opportunities for travelers in that area.

Loved the service provided by Iqbal Noor, Faqeer, and Neha-- superb. Loved the amazing breakfast-- delicious and tons of options. Appreciated the security provided (car scans, armed guard at entrance) and quick response to service requests. My daughter used the salon/barber shop in the hotel and was very pleased.

The mattress had stains and the carpet in the hotel room was old/needed deep cleaning.

The best hotel I've stayed so far in Karachi. Everything was value for money.. I would especially praise their staff who are well mannered and always available when required. The reception staff was brilliant and my check in and check out was properly managed by Mr. Abaseen. So highly recommend for all those who are wasting their money in other so called great hotels

fast check-in, fast checkout, great variety and delicious breakfast, overall cleanliness, comfortable room & bed. Very near to Zaynab Market and I.I Chundrigar road which is the main financial street of Pakistan. All the banks' head offices are located on that street

At checking out, I was asked to pay for minibar which I hadn't used at all. When I informed that I have not consumed anything from minibar then he immediately changed his stance and retracted the demand to pay for mini bar. It seems that he was taking a chance if I would pay or not. It didn't look nice.

Good staff. Big rooms although a little dated now. Had a fresh fruit plate coming to the room which was a good thing. Good restaurants within the hotel.

Room service was slow and iffy. Took an hour if tea was ordered. Check in process was extremely slow and tedious. Took an hour and fifteen minutes for a group of 10 to be checked in. Rooms were a little dated and require renovation. Restaurant service were slow. Towels and linen were also a little aged.

The location is good. The staff were all excellent, especially Asan on Reception, Farhat, Customers Relations, Ayaz from Housekeeping. He was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. The Matre de in Bastion restaurant was very welcoming and friendly.

Unfortunately, our experience in the Lebanese restaurant was very disappointing. The food was not very good and we found a plastic strip in the chicken which was very unsatisfactory. We were charged full price for a poor standard meal!!

Bedroom was spacious, Bathroom was great. The jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna etc were good. The spa services were really good. Swimming pool was also available for free but swimming without swimsuit wasn't allowed & they don't provide any swim-shorts (sadly). Room had a safe-locker & a fridge. U can also ask them to heat ur food for you.

The TV had a lot of channels but didn't have Netflix & I couldn't cast (screen mirror) from my mobile or PC. There was no wall clock in the room, which was disappointing. Room service wasn't as quick as I would have liked but was good.

Breakfast was great

The bathroom shower was very slippery causing my mother to slip and fall. We booked a room for 3 people and the third bed was given as just a plain mattress on the floor. This was very uncomfortable and wasent expected based on the room price and hotels expected level of service

Abaseen and all the housekeeping staff were exceptional. Their service level was outstanding. We felt at ease and at home. Afreen was lovely and nice to talk to. She makes amazing eggs!

The breakfast options for dietary restrictions could be better. More variety in the dishes. Everyday it was the same. The bathrooms in the rooms need updating. Kids should be allowed in the swimming pool with an adult and the correct float.
