We had an excellent experience at this hotel. It is located conveniently to restaurants, mall, supermarket, etc. The view from our room is amazing and it is very clean. The staff sees to its upkeep regularly and they provided superb service. Breakfast was exquisite, lots of options and you get a nice view while eating. We enjoyed lounging at their lovely pool though it can be quite cold especially in the evening. Overall, we had an amazing stay in this hotel.

I stay here every time I visit Pattaya. Even if it's not near beach and there are not many hotels modernized in Pattaya, this is one of them that it's still modern and price is ok. From breakfast restaurant but also the pool you can have one of the best views in Pattaya. Also in the night the pool is illuminated and the buildings offer an extraordinary view to enjoy your drink Being somehow in the middle of lands without big buildings, you will have a nice view from any room. Staff is kind and they speak English. They keep your luggage even if u leave for more days. I recommend.

5 star hotel but it's clear that some things start to get degraded and they should invest in changing them like: showers near pool, some bathrooms in some rooms, etc.

The hotel is the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in with the best views I’ve ever stayed in the staff. A brilliant hotels. New location is brilliant. Securities is excellent fast car Hotel what more can you ask? This hotel? Set examples for the other hotels to step up?

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in some of the top-notch in Dubai. This Hotel beats all of them. It’s about time and other hotels tried to match it.

Excellent position, close to Pattaya center but out of the crowd. The facilities are good, the gym small but fairly equipped and the swimming pool has a favorable position with sunshine all day long and a great view on the bay. The breakfast was good, even if the variety of food was wider during the weekend rather than during the normal week days. The staff were friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, our room was not fully cleaned and a couple of amenities like hand soap were missing. However, in the following days, the cleaning was much better and everything was supplied as expected. Another thing is that the bedding includes only a duvet without a underlying sheet, therefore we had to keep the A/C turned on at relatively low temperature all night long to avoid sweating.

The pool area was beautiful. The price was great for a 5* hotel, it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable and huge. The hotel is massive and smells great. The rooms are spacious and everything worked properly... incl a/c, fridge, lights, curtains, TV, shower pressure was great too. They provided small shampoos and tooth brushes and fresh towels. We were on 28th floor with a nice view, although it's not very very close to the sea... They offered a free shuttle to terminal 21 shopping mall, which is only minutes away... the toilets were always clean and the breakfast buffet had a lot if choice although it was mainly Thai, Chinese and Indian food... There were hot and cold varieties of food from boiled eggs, to toast, fruit, juices, coffee, rice, ,cakes cereals, noodles, fried rice and curries. They would cook you and omelette if you asked them to. You can get a cheap van ride to Pattaya Central for about 20p per person. The house keeping people were a bit lazy, although we tipped them to help boost them a little... the location is good, only 10mins from pattaya Central by car.... All in all a great stay, for a great price and lovely hotel... I would recommend to anyone...

The power cut works did disturb us for half a day.... Some of the house keeping staff and bar staff were lazy with a bit of an attitude... The bars generally offered limited stuff and were quite expensive.

Luxurious level in general. Location is good, 5 minutes to the beach by motorcycle. View is very nice, especially on top floor. Staff were extremely friendly. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room cleaning was flexible with our day activities and made room always clean and in order. Elevators are fast. Room was large with two separate air conditioners, TV, extra towels, bathrobes and slippers, nice glasses, good fridge. The bed was so large and comfortable. Bathroom was large with two sinks which is suitable for couples. Swimming pool area and gym was so nice.

The built-in lighting was unfortunately not enough option to create perfect cozy atmosphere in evenings and the room has only one night light. The sofa was already quite used a lot with many spots on it. The breakfast was good enough, but sometimes the accent was made too much for Indian menu. We had quite loud neighbors and were hearing them talking often.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities were also very good , the pool view was also very good . Restaurant upstairs had a good variety of food . Massages on the pool level were great and I believe I received the best massage of my life. We got ourselves in a bit of an awkward situation to say the least , yet the staff and security were extremely helpful. And then allowed us to extend our reservation by another night which was very kind.

The property is in good condition for its age. I liked the spacious corner room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and temperature, comfortable pillows, huge selection of English tv channels, proximity to some nice cafes and restaurants. I also loved soundproofing. I didn’t hear doors being slammed by neighbours or any noise from other rooms. I liked the large breakfast restaurant. Very spacious with friendly staff. The gym was also excellent with modern equipment.

There is no swipe access in the elevators. Not a big issue however for security purposes, adding swipe access to each floor would be a good improvement.

Comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast with western and Thai food. Unusually well whipped gym. Nice N Pattaya location.

Erratic hot water. Pool is beautiful but water is always too cold. Small roaches in the room on 28th floor. Housekeeping doesn't come until late afternoon. One day they shut off power for a long time but offered no compensation. A free lunch would have been nice.
