The location is near to the beach. The room is large, with easy access, and with a balcony. The facilities are good and multiple.

Limited spa options. No early check in nor late check out was available. Although the room is great, you still can hear the other room people talking. Good breakfast food, but with limited options. My room view was not that good.

The hotel is clean friendly and welcoming . The staff and specially the duty manger who resolved a couple of issues ( maintenance work ) which sometimes can’t be helped ! listened and I beleive understood the issues . I’m a strong believer it’s how a problem is dealt with . Life doesn’t allways goes to plan . The hotel is excellent value for money clean , friendly , great location , and for all the non smokers perfect . Smoking only allowed in designated areas at front not on balcony’s , I’m a smoker I didn’t mind , be nice if there was a couple of chairs for smokers in designated areas Food is good , service good , and specially duty manger who obviously cared about customers and the name of hotel

Good short stay / transit hotel! The hotel is located very close to Patong Beach (great location but you'd find other hotels with better ones too). Happening street. Sports bar right opposite to the hotel. Plenty of open parking space. The hotel lobby was vibrant, lots or chatter. A central open bar / coffee + a pool on the backside. Staff was pleasant. The rooms were small, but very clean. Didn't try the food. Have a tour operator too at the hotel lobby, comes in handy Overall, good stay if you're just passing by.

Small rooms, which is doable. Lack of desk space. Room can get cramped if you’re a couple with 2-3 luggage. No smoking in any of the balconies!

Great location, great service. A wide and tasty choice of food at breakfast. Staff in the dining room at breakfast were exceptional in the way I was greeted, the service they provided and that they ensured, at a very busy time, that there was plenty of a wide choice of foods available to choose from. I was there to celebrate my brother turning 70 and appreciated the upgrade to a pool view room on level 5. Another, of several, most enjoyable experiences staying at the IBIS.

All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Sita from the front office is such a lovely lady and very professional. The rooms were nice. The pool area and the lobby are nice places to relax. Breakfast Wow. I recommend this hotel 100%.

For the money, you pay highly doubt you get somewhere better.

The breakfast is good, there is a variety of things to choose from. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. It's so close to the beach and has restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, money exchange nearby,very convenient location!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. The staff were not only helpful but also very pleasant. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of nutritious options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and eggs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel.near patong beach.

Location was perfect for everything I needed and wanted to do Breakfast was excellent, so were the other meals that I ate there. Afternoon mojitos were the best in Patong. Room was spotlessly clean and suited us , for price, location and size.
