The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul's Asian side, close to several tourist attractions. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and very diverse. The view was beautiful. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to a small shopping mall and offers easy access.

The room was relatively small, and the lighting was slightly dim. The parking spaces were tight, requiring very careful driving to avoid damaging your car. My stay coincided with the New Year’s celebration, which caused significant crowding, and I spent nearly an hour searching for a parking spot, that may reflect parking management failure. The entrance from the parking area to the elevator needs cleaning and renovation, as it is old and dirty.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The location was good—near cafes and public transportation. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and varied, offering both local and international options, with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and great coffee.

Size of the room

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Sener Sen was very helpful during my check-in and given information about facility, room and location is good for my personal visit of my clints.

It`s best breakfast so far in Istanbul. And the hotel staff is so welcoming and firendly. Especially Mrs Neslihan Fidan is very kind lady to do an excellent service forthe hotel guests. Mr Serhan also serve excellent and friendly. Thank you for the great experience. I will suggets all my friends who is gonna stay in Istanbul.

all is perfect!

close to a noisy street. even at the 10th floor the traffic bothered me during the night. there was a winter blanket on top of the bed, maybe something lighter for end of June would be better.

Location and Breakfast

At first day there was misunderstanding with reception because of problem issue bed sheet. But after asking several times they solved it . Also this type of hotel using so cheap slippers .

Very good hotel, I appreciated the upgrade. The executive rooms look great and are really comfortable. The gym, breakfast and all other services were excellent. Will come back when in Istanbul

Perfect reception, particularly Busra Hanim and other staff.

The housekeeping did not vacuum the floors, did not even clean the empty water bottles. But interestingly threw my daily care products (travel size moisturizers etc) which was awful. Nevertheless, due to my perfect overall experience, I tend to ignore her weakness.
