I had a wonderful stay! The room was cozy, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos—everything felt brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all genuinely kind and helpful. I arrived early at the property, and to my surprise, my room was already available such a great start to the stay. I was also happy to receive a late check-out, which gave me extra time to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the direct access to the beach, plus a lovely spot right next to it for unwinding. If you’re looking for a peaceful, laid-back getaway, this is the place. There’s a restaurant on the property, and several other dining options just a short drive away. I also loved that the gym is open 24 hours, and there are great spaces for sports and outdoor activities.

We did come in contact with another person on vacation that was a racist. Unfortunately the hotel was great with dealing with the problem but it did ruin my experience at this hotel.

Hyatt does not offer a restaurant there. There is an independent restaurant called mahi-mahi next to the pool in the beach. Lovely location the seafood nachos we got were equivalent to what you would get at a baseball game. Cheese whiz like cheese with small frozen shrimp. It’s unfortunate. There’s not better options.

location was perfect, since I was working at Dorado plantation village. I loved that there is a beach in walking distance.

The food on the beach was rather expensive and there was nothing else in walking distance for me to go to. Must have a car.

The facilities are really nice. Great beach and pool. The staff were welcoming. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

It was clear to us before we came but still, it's important to understand that this is not a usual hotel - the reception is not 24/7, there is no breakfast or room service, they clean the rooms only every other day etc.

We loved everything about the resort except the price. A bit pricey, but the closer you got to San Juan, the higher the price. Loved the balcony and the view. There was a beautiful beach at the resort that was very secluded with no other resorts or public beaches in the area. Loved the washer and dryer in the vestibule you shared with the room next door. Having the two doors, one to the entry area with the washer and dryer closet and then one for each of the two rooms, made for a quieter stay. As stated by other guests, a bigger restaurant on site would have been nice. We didn’t eat at the small beach restaurant, but got responsibly priced drinks. The resort has activities for adults and kids, but we didn’t utilize them. Large free parking area. All the staff we had interactions with were fabulous. I would stay again, preferably longer than two days.

The location was perfect far enough away from the crowds but close enough to hang out in the city. The front desk and house keeping staff were very responsive and super friendly! Loved the locals great vibes!! Eat and drink elsewhere!

The food and drinks were just ok!! The bar staff 👎🏽!! Topical “ tip hustlers”!!!!! Our waiter was good but we overheard the other waiters who they said they didn’t want to wait on us after waiting 15 minutes!! But once they realized that we spoke Spanish they changed their attitudes.!! Shout out to the housekeeping gentleman who was sweeping the sand and found out it was my wife’s 50th birthday and got her a special drink!!!

I like that they are very accommodating. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The view is picturesque with the beach in the background. We did not go to the beach however, because of riptide. However we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is a pletera of restaurants, local Cuisine and American once you get out on the main road in both direction. We had Metropol and Pirilo pizza Rustica, we had Chinese and we had BBQ. There is also a restaurant and bar on the beach. We did a studio then upgraded to a 1 bedroom which was so much bigger than the studio if you have kids. We will definitely return to this family friendly, fun vacation club. That you need a car to get around and the beach was not usable.

Pretty much everything. The customer service was great. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the balcony access on the first floor easy to come and go.

The restaurant had amazing food, but you should have a better eating area so flies and bugs don’t go in your food. Also when it rains having bigger umbrellas or have a gazebo so that everyone is covered and won’t get wet.

Property is clean, secure, quiet, and room provides great amenities. The beach is walking distance and the pool is a really good size. The room has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and dishes. The gym was amazing and they even have a game room where they allowed us to rent games to play as a family in the room. There is plenty of places to eat in town and for anything you need. Location helps jump in to get to San Juan or visit the island without problems. Staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend this place and will look forward to staying in the future.
