Location was a stone throw away, by car, from my destination over several days. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Roomi s the concept of minimalism, no percs, no change of sheets every day, no daily towel, but, just like home, I dont do that every day, so I was quiet ok with that. If you need a fresh towel, they would provide one. Staff is friendly. I went there to shower, privacy, and sleep: check, check and check.

This is the 21st century, there is a need to have things tracked electronically. Noise including alarm and folk playing music out loud during sleeping hours.

Easy to access room, friendly staff, clean room and decent if you need a place to stay for the night for cheap. Not a 5 star but not a nasty motel. A simple room and that’s it.

Parking was a little hard to find

clean, neat, they have A/C, cable TV, microwave, location near to the purpose of our trip, free parking on the street and right across the church and in front of the hotel. 24/7 front desk availability. what you see in the picture is what you will see in real life.

they don’t offer solid soap and small shampoo and small conditioner containers. i asked the front desk. they only have the liquid soap to use as body wash and hair. they don’t have hair dryer also.

The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. Very comfortable place and they will clean and bring clean towels if you ask. The area honestly looks rundown when you get there but my husband and I walked around to bars at night and were perfectly fine so it seemed like a safe place. A lot of college kids but I didn't really notice a lot of noise or anything. Overall very happy with this hotel, we would stay here again.

The only issue we had with our room was that the only mirror was a tiny one over the sink. They should absolutely add a full length mirror.

The place is good. It was clean and has good service.

I think that need more parking.

The location

Some of the appliances didn’t work well. Also the rooms had an intense damp/humidity odor. We also noticed spots that could be mold. They have to work on that. Our room didn’t have towels.

It was clean and a good valve for what we needed for 1 night

Location is a little iffy but it was secure with locked gates and codes to get in its right down road from University of Puerto Rico.

It was exactly as advertised; clean and comfortable.

Everything was great BUT: it would have been nice to have *cups* in the room (even paper) to heat water for tea in the microwave and also cream and sugar. I brought my own tea, but... A little noisy in the hallway in the early morning.

Front desk personnel "Rosa". I would consider her to be a top notch asset to this fine establishment. Fabulous people skills. She went above and beyond make us feel as if we were at home. Her service alone would be the reason I would return!
