The location is great, the place is very cute, beautiful community room and kitchen.the rooms are big and it was quiet.

Parking can be hard ,if you get a spot ,do the rest by foot, restaurants and shops are next door. Our room for two was just freshly painted ,ready ,cooled and beautiful, our friend was next door,her room was not ready , no air or fan on ,it stank of humidity, she is allergic to mold ,she could not breathe in there for the first two hours . We open the door, put the air on ,could not go under 70 ! ,put the fan on. The bathroom paint was falling off the walls.Some work has to be done before renting it again

Great location and the staff were very nice and let us leave our bags after checkout.

Close to airport and restaurants. Quiet at night.

For those of us who don’t have cellular data when travelling, check in is difficult. Had to borrow a phone to get properly wifi info to receive check in information. All codes, no face to face person to talk to. Description of apartment wasn’t clear, only said two beds, when it was two bedrooms. We unnecessarily booked and paid for a second room for privacy purposes, that we never used. Too late to cancel second booking after arriving.

Everything was very clean and the location was good.

Not too many parking spots and the cable never works in the room, no TV signal.

The room was just what I was needing: a cool (temperature) room, a comfortable bed, plenty of towels and washcloths, a TV, small refrigerator, and a clean and private bathroom. The code for the entry gate and the room worked flawlessly. The rooftop balcony was a pleasant and relaxing amenity, especially at night. Also, the bus stops were just a short walk from the hotel.

If I did have any complaint, it would be the water pressure in the shower. It was sufficient and the water temperature was easy to control.

The place is in a conveniet location. The view from the upper level is amazing. Great to see the modern chaises on the roof and the egg shaped chairs in the courtyard.

The room was small for a family of 4.

The room was nice and big - kind of two separate bedrooms connected by a little opening in the wall, which was nice staying with our kids. The coffee in the morning was delish, and a little mini breakfast was nice. We just stayed a quick overnight after the airport - it was very close to the airport but also just off the beach. Easy street parking.

If we would have been staying longer, I would NOT have liked the lack of windows. But for just a quick easy night, it was fine.

The staff was wonderful and helpful at all times. Staff and areas were clean and pretty. Great location, convenient to get to anywhere and close to airport. We were grateful to have the option to pay for late checkout. We loved the rooftop with hot tub to lounge in during the day. They made coffee in the mornings and it was a godsend. We loved this place!

Difficulty putting blinds up in bedroom to let natural sunlight in. Hot tub not hot on chilly nights.
