The room is super nice, modern, very clean and proper in its decor. It definitely works for a night or 2 stay for anyone traveling in SJ. The bathroom and bedroom looked both amazing and like in the photos of the website. I do like there was at least 4 parking spots.

The wifi is either not updated because we were not able to connect but it was okay since we stayed for 1 night. Location is near sector 8 housing so at first it feels like it isn't safe however it is just enough to be away from that. In the end we felt a bit more secure and safe knowing we were a bit away.

The property was clean and well kept. The shower was hot and felt great after a long travel day. The beach was a short walk away and there was plenty of food options in the area. We got coffee and enjoyed a sunrise on the beach. There were parking spaces in front of the property off the street, which was key! There were odds and ends available like first aid and sunscreen. The mini fridge was also stocked with refreshments!

Excellent option for a quick getaway or brief stay near the metro area. Quick and efficient property access procedure with parking right in front of the property. Very clean, very nice room with added value amenities like complimentary soft drinks and water, shampoo / conditioner / body wash, plenty of towels, free WiFi, TV... It's perfect for those looking for a nice place to relax and sleep.

At first I was wary about the location, 'cause it's very close to an area of dubious reputation, but it turned out to be exceptionally quiet and tranquil. The photos might be a bit misleading 'cause some of the areas are not private but common to all guests (like the living room), but once you're in your room you can't beat the comfort, style and cleanliness. The only thing I wished for was a small kitchenette so I could brew my own coffe, but... hey! You get a great bang for yout buck as is. Definitely will repeat.

Second time staying here as we passed through SJU. Easy Uber ride from the airport, host is quick to respond. We checked in on Christmas evening and asked about cups for the coffee station in the common area. Later that night cups were delivered - on Christmas! We appreciated that very much since we had a 6.15a pickup the next morning! Clean and comfy room, we'll definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. We were looking for a place with parking to spend the last of 16 nights before returning to the airport. Very modern interior, clean, good A/C and WIFI. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. Nice to have microwave and mini fridge. Several restaurants close by. A good value.

Make a note - no coffee pot! Awakened by voice of another tenant at 3a, a couple doors closing sometime after that. A water pump or something outside the room runs. Not things the host can control, but if you're a light sleeper could interfere.

We loved how clean the room was from the moment we opened the door. The ac was on for us when we arrived and the mini fridge was stocked with a few drinks. The bed was very comfortable and communication was on point from the staff, no problems at all. The location was wonderful as the beach, various restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Shoutout to bistro cafe on the corner, an excellent brunch spot and would recommend checking it out! Also had a steamer in the room which was a nice plus!

Only thing we didn’t like was that the shower glass door had a small opening where water could leak out onto the floor (would recommend putting a towel there). Also, the sink space was a bit constricted and difficult to maneuver (makeup, brushing hair, 2 people trying to brush teeth, etc.)

The room and property were very nice and well maintained, and the staff was very responsive and easy to reach and accommodating to requests.

The shower had very low water pressure and the surrounding area was pretty run down; lots of abandoned buildings and sewage/trash in the street.

Location was good. The guesthouse was nicely renovated, nice bathrooms. Parking spots. Clean.

There is a problem with the room doors. They seem to be metalic so they are very noisy everytime someone enters or make some noise the metal doors are shaking. And the noise isolation from the doors is inexistant.

Spacious room. Very clean and must have been recently renovated/built. There were a few drinks in the fridge for free. There was a big Smart-TV. Parking spots in front of the property. In the hallway they provided insect spray, sunscreen and some plastic silverware.

There was a small puddle of water under the fridge when we arrived. You're not supposed to throw toilet paper into the toilette but the trash can in the bathroom didn't have a lid.
