All of the staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful and always smiling. Our personal needs were accommodated and staff was always ready to help. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and were a good size. They were basic but felt 'homely'- more like being in a bedroom instead of a hotel room. Housekeeping cleaned every single day- including mopping the main areas and vacuuming. Renovations are being made to update the property but that didn't interfere with our stay too much. The breakfast was simple yet decent (boiled eggs, toast, bagels, a lil fruit, waffles, oj, coffee). My hubby liked it and ate it every morning lol. The location was good! The beach is across the street. Actually it's across the highway but there is an overpass you can walk over. Food is everywhere but good food & chill spots are across the highway too if you don't want to drive. It felt safe to us but we're always on point. Just use your best judgement. It was a cool stay for our first time in PR.

Parking. There is a curb you have to go over to park on the property. The TV worked & had cable, but it needed to be updated to a newer, slightly bigger model.

Friendly, helpful staff, Hector and Christian. Great location for the beach, 3 minute walk, and good local, fun places for authentic local food. The property needs updating, no safe, no hairdryer, 2 towels, furnishings we're kind of shabby, room 26. I believe if we had asked they would have supplied things, but we didn't really need more. Very good simple breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee included. Comfy beds, good air conditioner.

Let me start by saying that I didn't expect much when I booked this room based on the price and some of the reviews. However, we were traveling on a budget and it was affordable and also we did not plan on renting a car and the area was walkable. The hotel rooms are small, but they have everything you need and they are clean. I didn't spend a ton of time in the room so I didn't mind that (who stays in the room when your on an island anyway??) The staff is exceptional, every person that worked there that we encountered was great. Housekeeping especially went above and beyond, our room was a little messy cause we would basically just sleep, go out, come back, shower, change, nap and go. She took time to organize our stuff in the room, noticed we had taken the blanket off the other bed and put it on the one we were sleeping in so she brought us an extra blanket because she thought we were cold (and we were) the ac works great by the way. The front desk staff was very helpful when we asked questions and asked for recommendations or directions. It's within a 5 min walk from Isle Verde Beach, which is beautiful by the way, also near tons of nightlife and food, just walk over the sky bridge. It has a small pool which is nice with a seating area, I never seen anyone there during our stay so we always had it to ourselves, which was nice.

The breakfast could definitely use some improvement lol that's about the only negative thing I can think of.

Well located property with parking and very clean. Staff was very nice at our arrival and at our checkout. Breakfast was very good. The place, although near the airport is very quiet at nigth. TV and a/c worked well. Bathroom and water was very good too. It has a bridge were you could cross the main road and arrived to the beach.

Door did not had a second safety way of closing it. Only the door handle had key lock.

The staff was wonderful. Each and everyone tries very hard to please you and help make your stay a great one. It was clean and the pool was clean and perfect to refresh after a hot day. The place was very family like!

The small hotel is older and no elevators but they have some rooms in the first floor. This would be the only negatives. However it was super clean, the pool was perfect for getting refreshed.

For the Price the Villa was better than expected. The Staff was Wonderful except for the Language Barrier. The Breakfast was Sub-standard. But the Pool and Cleanliness was Excellent.

The Crosswalk to the Ocean was very long for my Old Bones but once you get into the Town everyone was Friendly. Food was Terrible, we couldn't find a decent place to eat and also was very expensive. A bottle of Absolute was $9.00 over cost, curious how that can happen. Groceries were also high. But it is what it is.

The breakfast was good but could have had a little more variety. The location is good as it is close to the beach and walking distance to a lot of places.

The room 21 needs a bit of upgrade as the face basin was not draining properly and the bathroom door needs to be fixed. Other than that the room was excellent

I love this Inn. The location was ideal. In close proximity to the places I wished to visit. The Customer service was at a 100%. The price was right. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I liked it. I was very comfortable. I would recommend a more modern toilet seat. Too low for me. With a little more internal enhancement, they can move up to a 3 stars.

It was close to the airport. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. It is a basic hotel but for the price you can't really go wrong. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean, breakfast simple but included in the price, there's even a pool I would recommend if you need a nights stop over or if you just want a base to explore.

The locks on the doors didn't feel very secure, very noisy from the main road and surrounding area. But not enough to put you off staying

The check-in was easy. The bilingual staff was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating. One of very few hotels with a pool area. It is older but CLEAN and kept up.The room came with a refrigerator and microwave, TV with cable channels, toiletries, and ice cold air conditioning. The breakfast was simple, but still offered choices, and was made at order and hot. This is a budget friendly place, with a great location.

The beds have sheets. You need to request blankets. This was not an issue, just strange to me. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but again, this is a small place. The front desk will offer assistance with luggage if needed.
