The location. The breakfast was good, basic and the room adequate. The coffee bar was a nice addition. The workout room was outstanidng and the choices of equipment impressive. the hot tub and out door area was too noisy to enjoy. It is at an airport afterall!

The rooms were small and there was no where to sit and relax in them or anywhere else in the hotel in a nice environment. They had the side lobby closed off which may have been a nice place to go. There was no Information about closest beaches and an easy way to get there. The write-up gave the impression they were closer. More information about close restaurants would have been helpful. We asked the front desk but information was too general.

It was my first time staying there, made our trip so much easier not having to drive to a hotel after getting off a long flight aaaaand being able to pick up our rental car from there.

The only thing I was very disappointed in was getting charged $75 extra checking in on Thursday December 5th and another $75 checking in again on December 9th Monday, I was in an accident, got a concussion and neck sprain and changed the dates 2 months before my trip because my vertigo was going to take a while to go away, I was told to talk to Expedia and they said they called you and you were still charging the extra fee, that was my only complaint being that I was in an accident and let you know 2 months prior I still got charged extra.

Convenient to the airlines you right there at the airport

Rugs on first floor needs be be changed, I order a BLT sandwich because it was after 6:30 I been sick for the pass 3 day's am assuming was crossed contamination, was nasty and extremely salty the French fries they refunded me the money but am still sick they should not put salt on it give customers salt envelopes my Autistic child eat it because went he sees the food there is no way I was able to take it away from him

Everything was amazing. My room was nice and clean and comfortable. Bed felt very good. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were also friendly and attentive. It was very convenient to get to the airport. The next day to fly out will definitely be back David and Alejandra I will see you soon

I think if the rooms are ready and it’s not too much of an inconvenience, especially if people are checking out early the next day then I think 4 o’clock is pretty late especially when you have to be out of the room by that means it’s not even 24 hours that you get to rent the room that is just some thing for you to consider

The ability to stay in the airport for ease of checking in for my flight early without having to be on the road so early.

The only thing that worries me is that on my way to the terminal in the early morning say 4AM there are a few people sleeping in the empty spaces between hotel and terminals, which creates a lot of stress regarding my safety. I don't even know if there are cameras in the area. Maybe we could get someone from the hotel to drive us in the little golf cart they have in front of the entrance of the hotel.

The SJU Hotel is a very convenient overnight choice if one is traveling very early the next morning or to rest in between a final destination. The Lobby is a short walk to the Airport airlines. The SJU Baggage Handlers can walk with you and bring the luggage to the room; when leaving, the Hotel can call a handler to come get your bags as well as help with the ticketing kiosks. When we arrived, I requested a shower rubber mat and since Housekeeping was closed, we were provided with a shower chair that was greatly appreciated! The breakfast is good. In the future, their breakfast lounge renovation will be completed. They have a very nice Caffee, on the 2nd flr. The restaurant is simple but the food is good, different daily specials throughout the week. The Citrus Green Salad was the best. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Some rooms have tubs, other walk in showers. The tubs can be slippery so be sure to request well in advance an antiskid rubber mat. The rooms are not equipped with them.

I loved the location since me and the kids had to get to the security lane by 4:30am. It was nice and close. The line was super long at that time on a Monday morning, so good thing we were close!

Honestly, it was all good. We checked in at 8pm and were out by 4:30am so we couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi or the free breakfast but had dinner and that was good. The rooftop desk looked like it was really nice. I wouldn't mind if the price was a little less though.

the room had adequate toiletries was clean and breakfast was good with a variety of options location was great just steps away from all transportation options our room had a wonderful view of the skyline which we got to see some fireworks as it was old years night

the room was too small for 4 people we kept bumping into the television which was mounted on the wall with less than a foot space between the bed and the warmers they used for breakfast dried out the food too much it was warm but dry and stiff

So easy for an early morning flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but no frills. The hot tub and patio did allow a spot for the kids to stretch their legs a little and get some energy out.

The gym had pretty short hours, which is a bummer when you are prepping for a long flight. Also, in the middle the night one of the staff that was helping a neighbor guest was so loud she woke us and the kids. When we asked her politely to speak softer in the hallway she mumbled a disparaging comment in Spanish thinking we didn't understand, and continued to speak very loudly.

Great staff. Let me leave my bags prior to check in, and they called for taxi and aiport porter when I needed them. Easy access to catch an Uber as well. Perfect location. Had an excellent steak dinner at the restaurant too. Breakfast was fairly typical hotel food, but the potatoes were exceptionally good. The espresso machine is a nice touch!

Air conditioning was too cold for my taste, but I was able to turn it off. Also, my king view room overlooked the tower, which is cool, but something more picturesque might have been nice. The eggs at breakfast have room for improvement. None of these things are deal breakers though. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.
