Loved the location, cleanliness, everything was so new and the bed mattress was extremely comfortable, like it had Benadryl or something similar because it was extremely hard to stay awake. Loved everything and the staff is ANOTHER STORY, so lovely, helpful, wonderful. Definitely staying here again once we go back to PR.

I wish for the property to have a pool but honestly is so close to the beach that is not even needed. There is nothing I did not like from the property. Everything was great.

At site parking. Centrally located and very near exit. Property is well maintained. Not being a hotel , these individual units are maintained by a team outside the site. Everything from towels, toiletries, kitchen cutleries is already set at the property. Fridge even had some free water , flavored yoghurt. Coffee maker, microwave, sofa cum bed is of added value. We took a unit with 2 separate bed rooms with a living room cum kitchen. Both bedrooms had good A/C and LED TV. (not Smart TV). Common bathroom.

The shower place in the bathroom did not have a shower curtain. Water spills out and its stressful.

Convenient location for our travel plans. Property was very clean in both of the units that we stayed in. Warm water and cold AC. Water and extra towels along with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and lotion was provided. Roku TV was a nice bonus along with wifi. We were also able to do laundry! The washer is $4.00 per load, quarters only. And the dryer is .25 per 3 minutes. Elizabeth and her husband were very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend!

This property was extremely close to the airport, making our morning departure a breeze. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We appreciated the mini kitchen in the room (microwave, little fridge with freezer, countertop, coffee maker, stocked utensils). Aircon worked great. Good check in instructions. Free parking.

Easy Check in, felt safe in the room with many locking mechanisms and locked door to access your studio door. Close to gas station and grocery store/pharmacy. Close to airport. Lots of towels provided, some kitchenware. Great wifi, netflix.

Small sink in the bathroom of the studio, a little awkward. I believe we got one of the smaller rooms/bathrooms.

Odd place, in a residential neighborhood but not far from gas, groceries or the airport. The furnishings and. Fixtures are fairly new and modern. a few apartments and a manager who operates remotely. There are a couple of employees around daytimes. This was a comfortable place to stay for a few days. The host was very responsive and communicative. We had the two bedroom. Full size refrigerator but kitchenware was hit or miss. Bring paper towels. Off street parking.

No stovetop, just a hot plate and some electrical appliances, a couple new in the box. If you plan on cooking here be prepared to improvise. There is a laundry but it takes $2.50 in quarters and there is no change machine and no soap.

Everything how close it was to Isla Verde and San Juan the owners were responsive and the place was quiet spotless and perfect for a tropical vacation will be back thank you.

Love the space and it was clean. They have everything available for cooking. I would recommend it to everyone and in a future if I need it I would use it again. BTW love the private entrance. Another thing they don't have available the unit that I make the reservation and they take care of it fast and gave to me a bigger unit.

Only thing that gave me stress for some reason the house cleaner didn't found the keys when I left it and they call me. That it is uncomfortable but they treat me with respect during the call, I hope they found the key.

It is located in a neighborhood very close to the airport. It was wonderful to have a dedicated parking space. The apartment is very comfortable, with a modern touch. I was pleasantly surprised to even find air purifiers in each of the two rooms! It was like staying in a fancy hotel's room. We also loved having options when it comes to watching TV (one in each room); my husband was like a kid, happy to find that he could watch local channels! It was so nice to find water in the refrigerator (we stayed in three different places, and this was the only one that included this nice gesture).

We did encounter a little hiccup trying to get access to the apartment, and so did another couple that arrived at the same time. The information on the code to use was confusing at first for both couples, and had to try and get in touch with the contact person (it took a couple attempts).

The live support of the staff when I arrived at 3 am was super! Always taking care of my proper entrance to the building and to my unit ..did a really good job.

Nothing...everything was awesome.
