The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the gym was satisfactory and the pool was awesome!

Location was good but not great considering hearing the airplanes. The walk to the beach was not bad. It was not on the beach but the hotel did provide towels and chairs.

I loved the treatment of the staff, the spaciousness and comfort of the room. Likewise, the pool is great and the common areas are very nice.

I can only mention that I did not like that they did not allow me to bring breakfast to the room. My son is Autistic and in the mornings it was difficult for him to come down early and when we did it was when most of the guests came down and he didn't like that very much, so he preferred to stay in the room and have breakfast there, but that was not allowed . I never understood why they didn't allow it, if when you bought at the restaurant you could take food to your room. Also, I think that a microwave was needed in the breakfast area because some of us like our food very hot and by the time you serve it and can sit down to eat it is already cold. Otherwise I loved the hotel and its facilities.

Room very cold. Staff should be forthcoming with information - they present as $40 free daily meal but omit to indicate $40 fee. Have clients thinking there’s benefit when really there’s none. Also, information about parking and the need to validate room key at beginning of stay. Inconvenience to pay to then find out can be done automatic with key. Suggest to get new beach umbrellas and chairs- worn down.

Love the spacious rooms, they are amazing for the price. Love the service, we requested our rooms cleaned at certain time because it was our wedding day so that the photographers could have a nice and clean bed, and the staff was super diligent with this. We loved this. Would stay again for sure.

My room smelled like humidity at first, after few minutes of turning the A/C on it was gone. I went for my wedding weekend, so my now husband and I booked two separate rooms. My husband’s room smelled like cigarettes.

Location was convenient, 5 min walk to a very good beach (Isla Verde West), the hotel provided beach chairs and umbrellas for free you just need to ask at the reception. The room was great. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics you need. You can turn off the air conditioner for a better experience (otherwise it is always too cold and one can’t adjust the temperature). Pool area was very pleasant.

Sometimes they were short staffed which led to waiting times of like 15min to get the beach chairs. There was a light odor to mold in the corridors. Proximity to the airport might be inconvenient due to some noise - but overall good isolation - I am a light sleeper and did not have any problem sleeping. Breakfast could have healthier options (besides the guacamole and tomatoes) also bread was bad.

Breakfast was not as expected. Food was every day cold, or undercooked or overcooked. Not much choices. Staff could be more friendlier

Loved breakfast was included , pool was great, bar and coffee shop right across from front desk , room service was on point with new towels if needed and taking garbage , little snack section , 24hr store like 7 min walk not even and right near airport as well . Loved this hotel and would book again. And ubering to excursions was good price and not too expensive.

The laundry room is free but does not wash clothes at all and the drier takes forever to dry clothes as well. Better luck going to laundromat or just waiting til you get home to wash clothes other wise it’s a waste of time trying to do it at this hotel.

The first room had a humid/moldy smell and the bathroom door didn’t close

The location was perfect. I liked that we had a $40 credit at the bar/restaurant each day . It’s located around many other hotels and restaurants. The room was perfect for my partner and I . The staff was friendly and switched effortlessly between English and Spanish to accommodate each guest. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

There was a little smell almost like wet carpets in the hall way but it was quite minimal and I think that was as a result of them constantly cleaning and keeping the facilities superb for the guest.
