I have stayed in this hotel in the past. I like that it is conveniently close to everything on the main avenue. It is clean, nicely decorated and affordable. It is also a quiet facility. My only peeve was that there was a hole in the bed headboards that should be repaired.

I liked everything except that there is insufficient lighting in room. There’s one ceiling light in entrance foyer and 2 small wall lights in between both beds. I suggest a lamp next to the window on the desk.

The cleaning products used left a very strong ammonia scent which was off putting. The breakfast buffet food was cold and not worth what we spent.

Good hotel to stay for a beach vacation. Very close to the beach, a lots of restaurants, 5 mins to the airport, 15 to Old San Juan. It has two restaurants on premises: pizzeria with pasta and Emigranto restaurant.

A little old, would be good to renovate it. Also not many lights on the room: only in the corridor and on nightstands. A little pricey

WiFi second time Ive been there and Wifi is awful

Location was great. Restaurants and bars were in walking distance. The pool area was nice and well maintained. Beach was across the street, very accessible.

The property and color scheme were beautiful. The pool and quick walk to the beach were perfect. Faccio Pizza was delicious every time.

The room had a smell as if the air conditioning filters were recently changed or in desperate need of changing. My brother stayed in Room 612 and it had some type of moisture , not sure. Other than that, I would return

liked the hotel, but I have two things to point out. First, I requested towels twice at the front desk, but they were never delivered. Also, at no point during my stay did anyone come to the room for housekeeping or cleaning. Another issue I had was with my sneakers. I forgot them in the room, and when I followed up with the hotel, they initially said they couldn’t find them. It was only after I returned to my home state that they informed me that the room cleaner had found them. I tried to address the issue right after checking out by asking them to check the cameras and so on, but nothing was resolved at the time. However, I want to thank them in the end for finding my sneakers and sending them back to me. I also want to apologize for any inconvenience caused, as everything was resolved in the end.

Front desk staff was helpfully bilingual. Requested more towels for a family room which was easily accommodated. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family room. It was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. We were very pleased with our stay here prior to catching an early morning flight.

The internet was slow. Devices dropped off a few times. However, it was manageable for the short time we were there.

It's conveniently located right across the beach from Isla Verde and close enough to most tourist attractions. Room is small but clean and includes a mini fridge and microwave .Faccio in the lobby serves great pizzas and pastas. There's a laundry room in the basement which is handy to dry your soaking beach clothes.

It's on the pricier side for a standard city hotel (could be because it was the holiday season). Our room keys kept getting deactivated every 2 days, which was annoying. Similarly, you need to sign in to the WiFi every day as well.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and the beach and we wanted to be close to Old San Juan the next day. It was a great price for one night. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is $20 per day in a gated lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s close to a lot of fast food restaurants which made it easy for finding food when we arrived late. It’s definitely a busy part of town but we felt very safe walking around. There is beach access directly across the street by walking into very well-marked sidewalk passages. The beach was clean and we were the only ones out there. They have a breakfast buffet Sunday morning that’s $20/adults and $10/kids that is easy and looked tasty, but had a tight itinerary so we didn’t try it. We are planning to stay here again our last night in PR to make an early flight easy.
