The openness, seating in the Lobby, & since no pool we were happy to have access to Beach & also, Casino @ FoxWoods El San Juan. Loved the PH layout, adequate furniture and ok pots & pans. Silverware was great😊Balcony had a good View👍Staff Service was Excellent! Totally Impeccably Clean!! Staff worked hard and were always pleasant with a good Attitude and ready to help you👍👍❤️

Lobby lacked Greenery. Bar for Social gathering,or to make plans, discuss events and just sit w soft music or Salsa. A moldy odor in PH we had to ask for deodorizer. It easily gives you a headache! Perhaps cleaning carpeting & fresh paint for walls, may help…Newer linen is needed because they are falling apart,towels were like sandpaper, toilet tissue with single ply, umm you have to use more🥹Newer pots and pans would be Super! Greenery would liven the PH😊Some back pillows for hard Sofa would be Nice. Finally the Mattress can use a Topper for a better night sleep. Thank you PS Hallways color are depressing but some greenery, pictures or signs🙏

The original room we got was comparable to a jail cell, I tried to call the owner to see what we could do and simultaneously called every hotel in the area to switch however the hotels were all sold out and I never heard back from the owner. I went down to the checking desk and explained that we really weren’t happy with the room, it had a mildewy smell, the paint was chipping, the carpets were wet in some areas. Upon hearing what we were dealing with they switched us to a room on the 14th floor that had updated kitchen appliances and had the most beautiful view of the beach. We were so happy for the rest of trip and really didn’t have a single complaint. The staff is here in unlike anywhere else. Just be mindful of what you are booking!

If there’s one thing I could change it’s the cleaning service. You have to fill out a slip of what you want done and hand it in to the front desk before 12PM. A few times we forgot and had to worry about getting clean towels. They did bring what we needed but it wasn’t guaranteed when we originally asked. Other than that 5 STARS

They didn’t find my reservation it took about an hour to get my room One good thing about it was that the host didn’t stop until he found my reservation He had to make about 5 phone calls to get an answer

Location by the beach was excellent. Great beach view. Large apartment. Comfortable bed.

The pool is dismantled and disgusting the view of the pool from the room is disgusting, i had to stay at a friends house for one night because the lights went out for 23 hours.
