24 hour service from kind staff and daily cleaning. 24 hour gas station around the corner in walking distance with cheap drinks. Got two rooms near eachother so the family could split up a little but stay close. Both were comfortable and had all the basics and live TV and wifi.

The street the hotel is on is super narrow and it's hard to park there. Parking often competitive and going up and down both sides of the street making it even narrower. Honestly my only complaint though and it wasn't a big deal I was always able to find a spot just tried to think of something I didn't like.

For the price offered, I tried to keep my expectations low, but they exceeded them big time. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable and the staff was amazing and always smiling. In the evenings you can enjoy the weather from the patio and there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance.

The only downside to my room was that there was only 1 light switch for the whole room, which means if you would go to the bathroom at night and needed some light, the light in the bedroom would come on as well.

room was quite small bathroom was very basic there is a flickering light at the terrasse, which in my opinion is a strong risk for epileptic people

Great little place with good value for the price. Everything was very clean and neat. Staff was helpful and competent.

Just be aware of the location. It's not in the worst part of town, but if you arrive in the evening, take an Uber or a cab. I walked in from the north side in the late evening and passed junkies shooting up on the sidewalk. Woke up to gunfire nearby around midnight. The motel itself seems to be secure (doors are always locked, and the front desk has to buzz you in) but I wouldn't recommend strolling the neighborhood after dark. By the way, the restaurant on the corner of the street serves fantastic food.

It was a good buy for the price, I checked for bedbugs and other critters and found nothing! The bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly! Planning on staying again when I bring the wife down. Walking distance to La Placita… exactly 0.7 miles

Posted sign for laundry said $3.50. Buying Tide Pods on top of $8.00 seemed cheap/ tacky…More modest or even free laundry wouldn’t bankrupt you. That said, it was personally worth it.

Very clean, 24 hour checkin which is important because flights get in so late! It’s a basic hotel, nothing fancy but has been in business for years and has a nice local feel. 787 Coffee on the nearby corner is a great spot in the AM. Price was most reasonable for a solo traveler who wants A/C.

there is not much to do in this area, not very walkable neighborhood but that’s probably not why you are staying here

The view was amazing The atmosphere was and the people were awesome And very close to many different local businesses

The sidewalks are a bit rough to walk through took me about ten minutes to get the remote for the tv to work

Exceptional staff and location, location, location, in San Juan’s Santurce neighborhood combined to make for a wonderful stay at the Hotel San Jorge! we could walk to fun restaurants. The 787 coffee shop, diagonally across the street, started each day with great coffee and treats. We walked to several art museums. Rooftop area to enjoy sunset and snacks. Bus stop across the street. The staff was responsive, helpful and so, so pleasant!

It had a touch of old fashioned opulence in the lobby, and charm. The restaurant next door was the best we had visited all week.

We were able to park on the street, but parking was obviously limited. The bedspreads were worn and should be updated.
