The air conditioner was so cold. The bedroom was clean.

The toilet doesn’t flush properly. I think the rate night cost is was to expensive. In my case having my daughter get her to surgery and I live to far away from the hospital. Also including all the cost of the parking lot and the meals cost.

The convenience of staying in a place close to the hospital. I forgot a bag in the room and they looked for it and returned it to me. It had a great value to me.

The room was too cool. The shower faucet needs a specific trick to have warm water and you don't know unless asking to the staff at the desk.

The staff were so nice to us! We had a misunderstanding about the parking and they were extremely helpful to help us figure it out. The rooms were clean and quite spacious and we were able to book the room the day before, since we had some troubles with the other hotel we originally booked.

Convenient location & price was great.

Could update bathroom gadgets, could be cleaner, lighting could improve and, the electrical outlets weren't all working properly.

It is located near Hospital Industrial. Visit was for surgery next day. Overall clean room, kind staff, very helpful giving direction. Hot water , good air conditioning.Would stay again.

Location was great. Close to things in old San Juan but away from the hussle and bussle. Supermarket and Walgreens close by.

I wish there were mini fridges and microwaves. At times the ice machine wasn’t working so made it hard to keep things cold.

Couldn’t speak more highly about a hotel experience. Last minute booking at 2:30am and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me. Room was extremely clean with a great Air conditioning setup. Had 3 different experiences with 3 different front desk employees and all were extremely helpful and positive ones. Will definitely be staying here in the near future!

Good value for San Juan. We just needed a place to stay before our early morning flight.

Hard to find the designated parking spots. Somewhat hard for our Uber to find us, but we made it work.

The location is perfect for medical purposes, it is in the Medical Center Area where all the major hospitals of Puerto Rico are situated.

Excellent. I traveled for a parent surgery at tge Cardiovascular Hospital, so it was convenient. Close to everything.
