From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was not only attentive and helpful, but also incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile and happy to assist with anything I needed. Their warmth and hospitality really made the stay feel special. The property is absolutely beautiful. It blends so well with the natural surroundings, and the pool area felt like a peaceful little oasis. We were so caught up in enjoying the moment that we didn’t even stop to take photos of the pool or our room, which says a lot! Sometimes the best memories come when you’re fully present. Our room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. I especially appreciated the kitchen, it was such a nice bonus and made everything feel that much more relaxed and homey. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. If I ever return to Vieques, I wouldn’t think twice, I’d definitely stay here again!

We were pleased with our stay at Old Crow. It is centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore the 2 towns and many beaches. Our room was clean and comfortable. We booked the ocean view (actually an ocean peak) which had 2 access points - from the balcony or the suite door. It had a full kitchenette which we should have used more. Pool was comfortable. Parking easy. Internet worked fine. Nice shower. Note to the island: rent a car. Not a golf cart. You need it to get around efficiently - not 25 mph.

The property is being renovated. Around the facility was a little rough. Brush to one side and a car rental company and repair shop on the other. Neither bothered us. They did serve juice, coffee and toast for breakfast but our coffee was cold. They should invest in a new pot. It's a quiet town and quiet location if you were looking for excitement.

The unit was comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a large porch that was handy for drying our bathing suits and towels. We weren't there long enough to really utilize the porch, but it was nice. The unit itself was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a nice, covered lounge area and pool. And they offer jeep rentals on the premises (Maritza's), but I recommend booking before you go during heavy travel periods. The Hotel is located in the middle of the island central to all the towns and beaches along the coastline. The views from the porch and breakfast area of the surrounding mountains and ocean were nice.

The "continental breakfast" was basic - literally just toast and maybe pound cake if you got their early enough. That along with coffee, tea and juices was OK as we were not there for a big breakfast. The unit is more of an eco-resort with small kitchenette and no TV. Again, we really only slept in the room, so the minimal appointments were not an issue for me and my wife, but our son would have liked a TV.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our family (a couple and 2 children). It had a small kitchen, so we were able to prepare our breakfast and dinner. There was a lounge with tables and a view where we could have the meals we prepared. The pool had a wonderful view since the hotel is situated on top of a mountain. The staff was very attentive, providing information and even kindly allowing a late check-out until 12pm. The nighttime visit to Mosquito Bay, with its glowing waters, was truly magical! Also the beaches of Punta Arenas and Sun Bay.

Given the location, there are no activities within walking distance, so it’s essential to rent a vehicle. I suggest renting the vehicle in advance, as well as booking the visit to Mosquito Bay ahead of time.

Gorgeous hotel! Not big, feels very cozy and charming. The pool is not big, but very nice! The room had beautiful oversized artwork and nice decor. The kitchen was clean and had nice dishes and espresso machine!

No TV set in the room. No blender in the kitchen. We stayed 2 days 2 night. Housekeeping left fresh towels and spread blankets on our beds, but did not clean the room. Even though we pushed the button in the room that asks for a specific service. We had out dirty dishes in the room, little coffee spilled on the counter, crumbs on the floor, etc. Would be nice if the room had been cleaned. Almost all beach towels had rust stains on them. There is little breakfast that’s included: just coffee, orange juice and toast. The first day of our stay they had it, the 2nd they did not.

The arquitecture of the compound is thrilling. It takes the word "wonderful" to another level!! The areas are just as interesting as a maze, they have a surprise detail in every corner. The entrance is my favorite...just amazing ....a group of palms receive you!! Then the reading areas, the paintings in almost every wall!!! The room itself is almost a paintings gallery!! The accomodations are superb,...the details,....!! I really enjoy it!!! Do I told you about the stairs railings???!! Incredible and artesanal work of inspiration!!! Thanks!!!

Wonderful place for families, with a kid friendly pool, comfortable room sizes. Downsides: No hair dryer, no microwave, no TV. If the hotel adde these, it would be superb.

Pots and pans and mugs in my room have not been used in a while and insects/bugs stuck to it. The hotel should make sure to clean all. Also the kitchenette sink gets clogged, even if nothing inside. The toilet is right next to the standing shower which only has a half door (can’t understand the logic) and so the floors by the toilet get wet wet wet… please install a full shower door.

The rooms were beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel felt luxurious and fun. I wish I could have stayed longer.

It’s still under construction. I would have appreciated a restaurant.

We really appreciated the room, the view from the deck, the people we met that were connected to the hotel. The bed and room amenities were great.

What we didn't like is something that will be taken care of by March, that is it was not quite finished. So the bar and café were not yet opened. However, the hotel's owners said everything would be completed by mid-March and I think that would greatly enhance anyone's experience. That said, we went up the road a short distance for a great dinner and the hotel is so well situated, you can take a 5-10 minute drive and get to anything you might need.

Continental breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. Rooms were excellent and friendly staff. The pool setting was very nice.

The continental breakfast should have some fruit options to give it a better option for those who don’t eat bread etc. The pool was nice but needs cleaning around them edges inside the water. Also one morning there was remodeling being done on the second floor and the drilling at 7:30 am woke us up. I understand it may be temporary. Just some things to consider.
