The hotel was a great place clean essentially a great place to stay, but there was one issue I had i booked for 3 nights initially but right away I changed to 2 nights when arriving at hotel in there system still showed 3 night a particular staff member insisted I'd be charged for the 3 nights thou I had confirmation of the change approved by them for 2 night stay before I arrived 48 hrs prior. A manager got Involved and still was told three different reasons why I'd still be charged for 3 nights u till being persistent not letting them just take my money unjustified the manager finally accepted the shown email confirmation of approval. All that actually made my stay not so pleasant though the hotel was a great place to stay. BTW the area was wonderful plenty to do local beach and restaurants,bars and people were great to it was safe walking and I enjoyed my stay in Laqillos Puerto Rico, I still recommend this hotel but be sure to dot your t's&I's.

Location is excellent, close to Luquillo Beach and its fine sands and calm waters. The beach, only 5-10 minutes on foot, feels unspoiled and clean, and has famous kiosks for food in the evenings, and a few smaller vendors right on the beach for snacks and drinks. The hotel is new, so everything is still sparkly, but I expect that this will be the first of many in a future beach hotel "strip" next to Luquillo, as there is not much other accommodation around, so get in there before it gets crowded!

The breakfast selection was excellent every day, but the service ends far too early. Stopping breakfast at 9am at a resort hotel close to a beach makes absolutely no sense, 10am would be much more reasonable. People are on vacation, not going to business meetings! And the hotel provides towels and 2x beach chairs on a first come, first served basis, but these run out quickly, so stocking a few more would be appreciated.

Appreciated accommodating my room special request. The hotel staff were kind and helpful and checked by way of text messages to assure our stay was going OK. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning controls. Breakfast was good with a decent selection that varied by the day. The pool was very nice with water that was not overly chlorinated. It was easy to take advantage of the benefits of the resort charge and easy to get the credit applied for our food and beverage. There is a casino right next door for those who might like to gamble. Within walking distance of the Luquillo food kiosks.

Parking was not straightforward as I was not initially given a parking pass card (but they did straighten this out.) The beach umbrella we were lent was broken.

The breakfast was decent. The location is a walking distance from one of the best beaches on the island. The staff is wonderful, especially the bartender! Enjoyed every day of stay, very much recommended!

The booking price and the real price is two different prices. I'm not sure, if its the common thing, but that was a bit disappointing, paying extra $100-200 for your stay just because something was not included in the price.

Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and organized, and they have a coffee maker and microwave. The pool is great. they offer great amenities, towels, and chairs for the beach. Washer and dryer in the hotel. You feel safe wherever you are in the hotel. I will absolutely visit again.

The breakfast could be better, and the potatoes were very dry. The patties and the eggs were undercooked along with the sausages.

Front seat staff was accommodating and helpful. They set up balloons in the room for my daughter's birthday! Housekeeping staff were great! Felt really clean after a week of other types of accommodations. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a pool! They also provide towels and umbrella for the beach which is just a 10 min walk away.

Wait staff were definitely on island time and we're obviously not happy to be working. Pool was not heated and it was cold in January. Limited restaurant menu. We expected more for the price.

We loved the location. The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. Definitely returning again.

Loved the Breakfast! Facility very clean and organized. The fact that the hotel let's you borrow beach chairs to take to the beach...for free, this was awesome!

I was disappointed and annoyed that there was no coin machine to change bills to do laundry. The front desk did not have and we were told to walk to the casino to change the bills to coins so we can use the laudry room machines.

Everything was super nice and the staff was understanding about me choosing the wrong dates for the reservation, the room was amazing as so was the pool

Room cleaning didn’t come one day of our stay of 4 days and you have to pay for parking which is understandable as it’s a gated area which makes you feel more protected and safe

Everything. The pool is very nice and warm. Everything is clean.

I went in may with my family and a receive a $25 discount for us to eat in the hotel restaurant. But when I went this weekend with my wife only, we receive just $15 discount. I think that when is 2 person or more it should start in $25 because the prices of the food are a bit hight.
