Front desk staff is super friendly and very helpful. We got in early and they were able to accommodate an early check in. We had an ocean view room and it was beautiful. It is important to know that all of the rooms are a “partial ocean view” no matter what you book, but I was still pleased with the view that I had. the room was clean, although there was an odor of cigarettes (or something), that came and went occasionally. Sometimes the room is “damp” but you’re in PR, so that climate is expected. the bathroom is spacious. The water is pressure was great and the water was hot. However there is not a fan in the bathroom to de-steam it; as a girl hair that gets frizzy hair really easily, this is a downfall, but everything else has been great so I let it slide! The rooftop bar, pool, and casual restaurant upstairs, is a vibe! We didn’t check it out much bc we were too busy exploring and out but it was lovely the few times we went up to take a quick photo. There were many places to eat and hang out along with many other resort style hotels within walking stance. Ubers are plentiful and that is what we used as transportation (aside from walking). Two beaches in walking distance and both very lovely. The beach chair vouchers were a huge bonus!

No Fan in bathrooms

Very nice facilities, staff was great. It's located very near to the airport, restaurants, grocery store and anything else you may need during your stay. The beach is stone's throw away. They have 24/hr laundry facilities and give you detergent free of charge. It's just a very pleasant place to stay.

The only thing I did not like was the parking fees. I feel that $20 per day is excessive and you get charged every time you exit, even if you return the same day or shortly after you leave. Maybe a discounted rate or $10 per day with free returns within that day would be a great idea for the future.

These apartments are amazing, modern and comfortable. Full kitchen (minus stove) nice bathroom, balcony and beds are comfortable. Very close to the beach, restaurants and airport, There’s a rooftop pool and bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. NOTE: they do not have daily housekeeping but if you ask they will give you what you need. This wasn’t a problem for us as we’re not slobs and clean up after ourselves.

View is not the greatest but we weren’t fussed by it.

Clean, modern up to date and Close to the beach

The room was nice and had a kitchen. Very clean. The staff were nice and very helpful. I loved the rooftop and pool area. You were able to see a good view of the city and parts of the ocean. Would definitely come back!

The parking was too small and if you didn’t find parking, you would have to park down the street in another parking lot that they had and then walk back to the property. And there’s a $20 parking fee daily.

The cleanliness and the friendliness of this place is one of the best Marriott experiences that I've had.

We didn't care for Puerto Rico as a whole, but this place with the stretch of beach that is in front of it, are my favorite!

The ocean view is limited and also overlooks an egregious eye sore of two other apartment buildings. For a morning breakfast (or anything) on the balcony, it is not a pleasant sight.

The king studio was well equipped, the room is comfortable and nice

The cleaning in the floor wasn't so good (some of the hosts leaves their dirts outside for more than 24 hours. The door of the restroom didn't close well.

Beautiful property steps away from the beach. Nice rooftop restaurant, pool, and gym onsite. Also free laundry onsite. Close to restaurants and stores.

Check-in is very late and my room wasn’t ready right at 4pm.

The property is well kept. Can tell it’s new.

The apartments blocking the view of the beach. And i booked for a balcony and didn’t have a balcony. And I did see balcony so i know true balcony rooms are available.
