This place is beautiful! The pictures just don't do it justice! I did not know until we arrived that the place has an open concept kitchen, so essentially the kitchen is outside! It is covered, but no walls and a straight view of the ocean! Gorgeous! I am glad I was staying with a friend because if I was alone I may have felt a little more nervous with how open it was but it was absolutely gorgeous. The open concept bathroom was also such a unique design! The bathrub is positioned under the open sky but total privacy so no need to be worried about anyone seeing you! So cool!

There was no hot water, in the shower, tub or kitchen. It did not bother us because the place was SO gorgeous, we could not possibly be unhappy with anything there!

Love the location, Nice and quiet,access to the water,the space and it was clean.

Sliding dolor needs some care, to Open and close them wakes up everyone. The first floor needs a ceiling fan, the little bugs have a feast with you. A fan will keep them away and during the day with the sun in front of the house will help keep it cool. The stairs need a good hand rail., plus when it rains it's a hazard. One of my friends fell after a night of rain. To go up with the luggage and if they are wet it's slippery/ maybe those anti slip strip could help . The air units need some kind of attention, the rooms smell like musky.

It’s located very close to the Whyndham RioMar where we were attending a family members wedding.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water, but it is PR and it’s hot and humid so this was not a big deal for us. I also did not like there was no interior common space… only the bedrooms are inside a structure. So since the weather was rainy and windy we could not enjoy being outdoors in a common area… we had to retreat to our rooms.

An excellent location an excellent property the only drawback I had was that I tried to communicate with the host on several occasions and I was never successful everything was sent to me for voicemail and they never answered my text. No wifi available.

The AC in one of the 3 bedrooms didn't work during my 4 nights stay. After many calls and follow ups it was finally fixed after two nights, that's when I asked them to move to a 2 bedroom villa as we couldn't use that bedroom because of the heat. We were compensated by a free one night stay in a next door 2 bedroom villa. I'm glad that my schedule was flexible enough to extend my stay.

The location and the style was amazing.

The sliding doors to the bedrooms were so hard to open/close and lock. It was such a pain to deal with that. Also, it was raining a lot (which we didn’t mind) but the water was coming in to the bedroom. We had to have towels on the floor the entire stay. Also, the night stands were falling off the wall in the room I stayed in.

Beautiful villa, photos don’t do justice. The view, the rooms and amenities are as you are in a private hotel. Loved the open kitchen, perfect for cooking and making your own meals. Also , the jacuzzi is a bit bigger than you can appreciate in the photos. It had two master bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds, easily a big group can stay comfortable.

The views were unbeatable. It was paradise. Having that outdoor, indoor space with the ocean breeze was an unforgettable experience. Really enjoyed the beach toys included as well. It was outdoor living with luxury and creature comforts. Short drive (10 minutes) to food and shops. Short drive (10 minutes) to adventure activities in foothills of rainforest.

Nothing to complain about. If you want truly secluded and other guests are staying, it can get a little noisy depending on the other guests next door.

The view was incredible—truly a paradise. During our stay, the breeze was fantastic.

The only negative thing I could mention is the cleanliness of the air conditioners; that’s the only thing I could complain about the smell and the black mold from the air conditioners

Wide porch-deck with jacuzzi, (25ft) from Ocean-edge of calm-protect seawater. Good sense of security; in an otherwise isolated, far from town location.

Loose roof-shingles over one of the rooms; made constant banging in high-winds during first night. Simply moved to adjacent room; banging was not noticeable, with same winds.
