1. Nice big room with a great view on a pool and sea from the balcony. 2. Breakfast was acceptable. 3. Great location with a beach and bar nearby. 4. Quiet.

1. They have tiles everywhere and together with moist and wet weather - it's dangerous. I've almost felt on the stairs when I was going down. 2. No vending machine or compliment water. We were thirsty at night and couldn't find any water around. There was a small coffee shop straight on the main road. 3. Two parents on the reception probably not the best choice to attract clients. If birds can't fly anymore they should be in a sanctuary in peace, not in the lobby full of people.

We were actually moved to the sister property Parador Manaucaribe as this property closed. Parador Manau Caribe is beautiful! The rooms are colorful Caribbean groups of 3 rooms each fronting the most spectacular stretch of beach spanning 2 miles to Punta Tuna light house. It is wonderful for swimming and walking. The South east corner of Puerto Rico is gorgeous with small villages and very tropical. The hotel has an amazing pool and includes a hot breakfast! Such a great stay!

Beautiful location on the shore, providing lovely view from the balcony and an easy access to the beach (however it's not advisable to swim there apparently). Welcoming and friendly staff, look for the very special staff members at the reception;) Free ample private parking is a plus. Good breakfast with a few options to choose from. Nice vibe with calm jazzy music playing during breakfast hours and salsa in the evening as you are resting around the pool.

If you are looking for a very calm an quiet time you might not appreciate the music. There's also a beach bar nearby that plays slightly different music but just as loud, so this could be disturbing. Not sure what's going on with the beach nearby there are some facilities that seem to be abandoned, indicating it used to be taken care of and safe to be, but not anymore as there are some signs stating swimming is prohibited, although these are only in Spanish and without pictograms. Obviously the beach situation isn't responsibility of the hotel, but would be nice if it provided some details on what's going on. There's a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee provided.

We were down for the first ever Profesional Disc Golf Association Tournament in Puerto Rico. This hotel is steps away from the beach and the Playa Lucia Disc Golf course! You cannot get closer to the course unless you camp in the park! You can see the baskets from the hotel entrance.There is a small restaurant on site, & lots of cool restaurants within 10-15mins drive. Super friendly staff! The owner is amazing, very involved in the community and promoting the local disc golf course. That pool is clutch between rounds & at the end of the day. This place is fantastic, and the perfect spot to stay & play!

bar music is audible in all the rooms & was too loud and too late everyday, glad we had earplugs -restaurant hours started too late for meals, didn't eat on site because of inconvenient times: coffee & breakfast not available till 8am -pool towels not included

Not able to use WiFi. They gave me password but it didn’t work. Was not able to do a special project I needed from this location. Went to old friends home that lives nearby and got it completed. I also was not able to watch my Thursday night football game due to same issue and same was not available on regular tv.

Nice quiet spot steps from the beach. Pretty hotel with a pool and friendly staff. Restaurant in the hotel and another bar / restaurant by the beach. Not much else to do outside the hotel by foot. There is a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea as you enter and leave the area by car.

could only buy drinking water when bar/restaurant was open. no drinking water provided. coffee pot in room but no coffee. beach had a lot of plastic garbage washed up.

Breakfast was good. We also had dinner and drinks. Better than expected cooking and solid drinks. Very nice pool, lounge chairs, walk to beach. Plenty of parking. Perfect for quiet relaxation and family outings, weekends, affordable stays.

Very hard to find at night. Need more roadsigns. Very steep road. Breakfast could be fresher- potato's not good. But it's free and you order what you want. Lots of frogs chirping at night. But room was quiet.

The hotel is owned by locals and the staff was always were supporting with our questions and needs. Close to the beach.

There was no room service, windows didn’t close properly.
