The location was nice. The grounds and room were clean. The staff was friendly.

It was tricky finding the hotel because the sign was hidden by bushes. The other thing I didn't like was having to go completely off the property to have a cigarette, which required going down a hill, outside the gates to an area that didn't feel secure, and then back up a hill again--not very handicap friendly.

Proximity to the beach and a nice courtyard with a pool.

Most of the staff seemed unhappy with one exception. Yulitza was a pleasure to deal with and brought a warm, welcoming attitude to our stay at Hotel Lucia. There were a couple of run down vacant buildings next to the Beach outside our room that took away from the beauty of the surrounding area.

Breakfast and the staff was awesome!

During the day you will have hot water but during the nights there is no hot water. No housekeeping and no pool towels. (You have to purchase the pool towels)

Nice view from balcony. Big bed . Room is kept cool. Friendly staff. Had a great time made local friends. We went to the bar restaurant next to the hotel and enjoyed ourselves

Beautiful tropical feel. Love the exterior decor and colors. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of seating around pool. Great lighting all around when we returned late at night felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Very cold A/C and Hot water just have to let it run for a minute or two. Free breakfast included with stay and staff was great!!

The pool at our building was a little cloudy so we didn’t go in, but the pool at the main building next door was crystal clear so we could have swam there. Room ceiling could use some paint. Wish the beach was swimmable very rough and a Lot of seaweed but the view itself is just so beautiful I didn’t care about swimming!!

The location was excellent. The staff was excellent as well.

The room is outdated. The bathroom needs a little work. They don’t have hot water running because it runs off solar panels.

Liked it a lot. Quiet. Nice pool and beach. Nice bar.

We had a major humidifier leak the last night and the front desk didn’t seem to be manned at night. A security guard helped,us mop up the floors. The next morning, management was disinterested.

The place was perfect in all ways the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The food was perfect, and the room was clean and quiet to rest. And the price was worth it.
