The resort is very nice, the rooms are really clean and the beds are super comfortable. We had an issue with the first room we got but the staff worked hard to solve it.

We had asked for a quiet room but got one next to a huge generator, we had to complain a lot before obtaining another room. The staff was super nice and eventually accommodated our request.

We had a villa with view of the harbor, which I would definitely recommend. I purposefully did NOT want pool view because of the noise level. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the place and the laundry and dryer in the apartment. We were told it was too far to walk to the beach, but then learned the beach was only a few minutes by foot. Unfortunately the weather turned bad just as we arrived and therefore we explored other parts of PR and used the apartment as a hub for day trips.

Lots of steps to navigate with luggage. We also could not enjoy the balcony looking out on the harbor much as it was flooded from the rain water for the majority of the time. Also, due to the remodeling of the front / reception area, check in was a bit awkward as they allowed only one of us in the small temporary reception room, but that will obviously change once the remodel is done.

A wonderful place, comfortable, clean and the best part is the STAFF. The tourism industry workers in PR are known for their lovely hospitality and this resort is no exception. Also, the grounds, closeness to the beach and pools everywhere makes this an amazing choice for a great vacation

You need a car and while you can walk to local mini markets, restaurants, banks, the place is isolated to a certain level. Also, the temperature of the unit was low so it was freezing when we went in. All taken care of within minutes.

I like the space of it and the accessibility of the kitchen

Didnt like the quality of thr TV and TV remote and thr bed had wheels that dodnt have stopper.

Our Villa was Perfect!! It was equipped with everything needed for our stay ( fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, microwave). Every room was clean and the bathrooms too. A/C was perfect. Palmanova Plaza was walking distance and had a variety of stores and restaurants. Pool was clean and had a bar. Definitely going back!!!

The location was great the property was beautiful. The Villa could use some upgrades but overall it had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed having the convinience of some nearby places to eat. I would not recommend the mexican place for food it was terrible and the italian place was not good either. Theres a bar that serves really delicious appetizers and drinks. Although the music was a little raunchy at times. We did enjoy our time there as a rental. My other friends were in a time share and had some issues. There was no regular cleaning service and they ran out of toilet paper. We were visited every other day and had plenty to share. They also replenish soap, detergent and throw out the trash and make the beds and bring fresh towels every other day. They provide all your kitchen needs plates pots coffee maker, you can buy groceries and cook if you like. We enjoyed the pool but not that the bar closes really early and pool closes at 11 pm although understandable as there are permanent residents that live there. All in all I would definitely come again. Gracias Giovanni por tu hospitalidad.

The rooms could use some upgrades. Our last few night the ac was on the blitz and our last night there it stopped working. We wanted to sleep early as we had to leave at 2am but it was after midnight by the time they got us another room. We were hot and annoyed because the room was near impossible to find. The security guy was nice enough to offer to help us find the room after my friend had a slight fit because she was so tired. We were able to close our eyes for 1hour before having to check-out and head to the airport. My other annoyance were the golf carts. Lots of very young people driving fast and no one said anything.

The staff was amazing and did everything to make us feel at home

The villa was old and could use updating leak on ceiling over kitchen sink with mold where we prepare food and coffee

The resort is absolutely beautiful! I have stayed in hotels all over the US and Homestay Club Cala, Puerto Rico was by far the cleanest place we ever stayed at. Our Villa was spotless. The floors, appliances, bathroom all spotless! The maids came daily and offered their service as well as all the supplies we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. If the staff did not speak English they quickly found someone who did. We had access to a shuttle service and could walk to the upper area of the resort to eat at several different restaurants and bars. We had a patio outside of our bedroom and living room. I sat out there every morning and listened to the birds while I read. Very relaxing! The resort is approximately an hour from San Juan. We had a car so we drove to Old San Juan, and the port to take a ferry over to Culebra beach where we hiked to a secluded area to snorkel. There is a nearby Walmart to purchase supplies for the fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. We cooked breakfast daily, and ate out for lunch and dinner however, if you are traveling with a family you could cook all of your meals in your Villa. There is also 2 pools with live music and a swim up bar. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, home away from home that is away from the crowds Club Cala is the place to go.

Really enjoyed our stay and it was such a good value! We especially loved having a laundry room in our unit. We’re touring the island and this was about our halfway point and made it so convenient to wash everything for the second half of the trip. The pool was great, there were very convenient and delicious food options, and the staff was very helpful!

The villas are very nice.it felt like being home everyone had their own room and bathroom in rooms.very spacious and comfortable. Also did not have to leave resort everything is in their plaza.food was amazing.

It is not bad probably me because I don't exercise as I should but most of everything is walking or stairs.but it's nothing out of the ordinary.
