I cannot say enough amazing things about the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort. After staying in San Juan Condado Beach area for 3 days, we spent 3 amazing days at the St. Regis, and wish we would have booked the whole week there instead!! The amenities, the beach, the service, the food, the activities blew us away. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness by all the staff. We felt like we could e x h a l e and really ended up in paradise. I loved the expansiveness of the pool and there was no shortage of chairs, towels, or shade (when needed). The beach is amazingly private and the staff set up chairs and umbrellas expeditiously. The pool and beach butlers were attentive and polite; always smiling. Orlando in the Bahia Bar had great cocktails and stories to go along with the unique drinks - try the Witches Siesta!! Luis and Hector started our mornings off in the most positive and bright way at breakfast. Sunset Sushi on Friday night with live music was so perfect - make reservations to ensure you do not miss it!!!! Everything about this property was amazing and beyond fantastic!!

Location, pool, beach, size and cleanness of the room. Breakfast selection was good and plenty even for vegetrian like we are. Surprised that they charged for breakfast when it was our understanding at booking that breakfast was included.

Charged for SPA services - we are still working on removing these charges since never ever visited the SPA. Welcome drink was never offered or served. Concierge didn't offer to take us to our room and show where it is upon arrival, only pointed to the direction and encouraged us to walk there (after a 4 hours flight and 40 minutes taxi ride). Left hotel today at 5:30 am and asked the night before for boxed breakfast - instead they brought and charged(!) for room service breakfast, when we were on our way out from our room to meet our taxi driver and head to the airport.

Always very pleasant for our annual bday celebration. Jose the signiture valet is exceptional!

There was a cheese platter last year as surprise welcome gift, this year there isnt and concierge didnt give me reply on what occasion triggered the gift. No big deal, just wondering.

Location just far enough from city and easy to drive there when we wanted more. The resort is great to relax and amenities

I loved everything but if visitors want more experience in PR culture/food you will need to go outside resort

the hotel is nice and elegant but noisy brekfast served in a space very very loudly full with children, so if you dream of a romantic place, this is not for you. good with children

The beach, the rooms..

Unfortunately, you could not swim in this beautiful sea because of the currents. You could only swim in a very limited area. Also the restaurants were very limited and the Milos restaurant is very austere. This restaurant does not have a character and the menu was not great. They need to spice it up and the second choice you had for the evening was just bar food in the bar restaurant.

Cuisine could have been more local and more variety. Why eat Mediterranean food in PR!!!

Spread out, so private; but also so convenient and beautiful!

It kinda shuts down after around 8. The late(r) night life limited the options.

The breakfast was amazing.

I would recommend better restaurants just for dinner.
