My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suit, the location is perfect! Very close to the airport and less than 8mins walk to the beach. There’re lots of restaurants nearby plus the stuffs are friendly and they do give recommendation of places to try. They breakfast are delicious with full buffet style and they do offer two free drinks every night with snacks. Oh did I mentioned that we ( family of 7) only paid $7 for Uber to the airport!!! We will definitely be staying whenever we visit San Juan.

the hotel was hugeeeeeeeeee! everything was wonderful, from breakfast and the omelette station, to the complimentary drinks every day! happy hour was dope, and the drinks were good!! the pool area was beautiful and clean, only thing I didn't care for was all the bird poop on some of the chairs. The pool bar & food could of stayed open longer, closes at 5 i think. The restaurant was good too, and affordable! the empanadas were yummy!! Beach was walking distance. Everything had amazing prices, affordable! would def stay here again =)

Beautiful pool and pool area. The staff were very friendly. I loved the restaurant and Cafe. The live entertainment at night was great. Very convenient and close (walking distance) to beach, food, 💃 🕺 dancing. I'm already trying to re-book for same hotel!! There were 9 of us in total.

Your housekeeping staff was excellent and went above and beyond. Parking attendants are excellent. They gave us great suggestions. The whole experience was excellent. The hotel was so clean. If I could I would give your hotel a 20 instead of rating a 10.

The hotel was nice! Clean! And friendly and helpful staff. The food throughout the restaurants was very good.

The hotel lobby and downstairs area was very very cold!!! The casino was very small and did not payout big winnings. Did not hear or see if any big jackpot hits. There were not a lot of shops or things to do around the hotel. Not many restaurants around the hotel. Nothing to do in walking distance.

Pool was very nice. Breakfast was so-so and the hours of breakfast could have been longer during the week. Happy hour was a nice treat. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and and very clean. I had some questions and everyone was very helpful and patient. Even after check out, I was allowed to use all the facilities. A lot of hotels kick you out once you have checked out. And I did not have security following me or asking me questions. Free delicious breakfast is also a plus.

Very comfortable. I felt taken care of. They took pride in their establishment it was noticed! I was worried about air B&B so I opted for hotel chain soo glad I did. I have zero complaints and this will be my new spot anytime I visit PR!
