The hotel was comfortable. Gym - small workout room with two treadmills, some barbells, and a universal. There was water available in the gym. Access with room card. Restaurant: I had a ceasar's salad with grilled chicken and my friend had spaghetti carbonara -- both were good. The restaurant was small, with about 8-10 tables for 4. Pleasant. Staff: Extremely pleasant and helpful. Other: There was a small pool that we didn't use -- it seemed fine for a short dip --- not resort like. There is a small casino that was nice. In general, the hotel seemed very suitable for those travelling for business or visiting relatives in the area. It can also be a waypoint on a trip around the island. I stayed there to be close to a friend who lived nearby whom we would be exploring the island with. One needs a car to access the hotel -- it is off the beaten path. There is nothing within walking distance.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like. I got what I expected.

It is in a good location, right off the highway and there’s a Walgreens and gas station nearby. The parking is easy and plentiful. The casino is small but nice. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

It’s a little tricky to get to if you’re coming off of the highway from the opposite way. The road leading to the hotel is very dark at night.

I missed the entrance. When you cross bridge to the left, turn right in front of the sign. Had an issue with dinner. My shrimp were undercooked twice. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, with a comfy bed, great linens, and a good size room and bathroom. Also, it is a pretty large casino for Puerto Rico standards.

This being in Caguas is a great location. We never had to travel more than 30 minutes from the hotel. The location is fantastic! Caguas can be proud! we will definitely stay there again!

Restaurant menu options. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking facilities. Casino size and staff. Nearby golf course. Convenient location, easily accessible to and from principal freeway.

Restaurant almost ran out of options the day after new year’s. Pillows were way too soft. Shower body wash bottle was empty when we arrived.

Great staff! Accommodated us and took care of our gamily well. Very friendly.

First room we were given had a horrible smell. Like if it was closed for some time and accumulated humidity.

The room met and exceeded my expectations. King bed was comfy, a lot of room space and a modern bathroom. First floor gym was a plus to get a quick workout. I only ate once at the hotel, I had the sautéed veggies and a Moscow Mule. Also, you have the casino right next door.

Pool area is not that spacious, just with a few customers and the pool area was full.

We didn't purchase the breakfast - it was the basic fare you would find at a Holiday Inn Express. However we did eat dinner at the property and were pleased. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Our room was huge! Good shower, comfy bed, quality linens.

It seemed a bit overpriced.

I liked how well kept is the Hotel. I stayed there for the first time in 2005 and now in 2024 and it's still looking good.

We had breakfast a la carte (not the buffet), but it was not good and it took a long time to be delivered to the table.

Everything was excellent! The servers at bar-restaurant & pool were wonderful and attentive. they were very accommodating when we had family arrive and needed assistance. Pool area was great for grandson and my daughter’s family also stayed at hotel with us also had wonderful time. The casino also was good place to spend away time in the evenings.
