When we checked in Edwardo was exceptional. He looked after everything in an efficient and professional manner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The variety of food was great. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned daily. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I have told all my friends and highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great

staff was amazing location was great in the middle of the island so everything was close.

the breakfast was a bland and not too much variety to choose from. the parking will be full on the weekend because of the casino customers. we would have to park about half a mile away and then wait for golf cart to shuttle us. only happened once in the week we were there so it was manageable.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything was great. We had a very loud neighbor that kept us up very late. Overall the experience for a family of 6 (kids 7-13) was awesome.

The neighbors were loud and uo very late. There was also a basketball group that had their kids running down the halls. Other than this it was great.

I thought that the breakfast and the hotel overall were great. The rooms and lobby were clean and the staff were always very friendly and able to help us out with whatever we needed. The stay overall was wonderful.

The only part that I was not satisfied with was that the wifi was down the entire time that I was staying there which meant that I had to use a lot of roaming data. Apart from that, the stay was great.

Housekeeping was very attended. The check in process was a breeze. Your staff is exceptional.

Every time someone closes a door, the entire room shakes. When the garbage truck came in the morning, it startled the. The truck maked a loud bang.

Comfortable room and perfect location for visiting family in the area, as well as access to restaurants and shopping mall. Reception staff is super friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with the breakfast: selection (few healthy options) and overcrowded space.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was delicious and so many options were provided. The staff were personable and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and I can't wait to be able to come back!

A shuttle to the mall.

The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned everyday except for the day of Fiona as there was limited staff working. Breakfast could have been better but was served every morning as advertised. Bed was comfortable and rooms were very nice as we had a view of the main street. Having the mall with a Walmart inside behind the hotel was nice and I was able to check in upon arrival at noon when check in wasn't until 3. Casino like 30 steps from door was good if you like to gamble. I would go back

Nothing to do in the hotel after the mall closes. Had a bar with no bartender. Staff checking you in had to do both. Some entertainment would have been nice as the hotel had ample space in the lobby and nice size mtg room which could have been used for live bands, karaoke or a DJ. A shuttle to and from mall would have been nice as it's hot and you have to walk under a parking garage to get there.

the hotel is always a good experience. the room is great, the pool area is a bonus and the location is perfect. the breakfast is very good

the casino brings a crowd to the hotel. the valet takes never less than 15 min. The noise in the corridors is more than should be acceptable and the line at the reception does not meet the standards

At first I was skeptical about staying here, but as soon as we arrived everything changed. It was a great experience. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good. I definitely will consider staying here again.
