The location of the property is excellent. Additionally, the renovated rooms are great. I loved how clean the rooms were and the cleaning service they did a great job cleaning and freshening up the room. The employees of these hotel were all very personable, Gigi was great along with Luis and Rafael. They really know what it is to make you feel special all very attentive and kind.

The property itself is great, however, perhaps because of the construction at times there was no hot water. Hopefully, in the future this would improve. I complained about it one time to the front desk personnel, he stated they would restart the heat. It seemed to work momentarily, but the next day there was no hot water. Additionally, the beach lounge chairs are plastic and very uncomfortable. I have stayed at other hotels on the strip where the lounges are extremely comfortable which allows the guest to stay longer at this beautiful beach.

Nice pools and restaurant. Even though we did not take advantage, the spa seemed nice as well. The front desk people were super cool.

The room design needs work - the closet did not fully open because the doors hit the edge of the bed, there are not enough places to hang shower towels after use so they can dry, and the shower leaked out of the door. Beyond that the pillows in the room are so big they cause neck ache.

The location was awesome... 10 min from San Juan airport. you couldn't be any closer to the ocean. This hotel has so much around it. Natalia was a big help and always had a smile.

The fragrances they were using in the lobby were way too strong... we had no dresser, no phone, no clock in our room. We had to use the ironing board as a table. The power outlets in the room were not as strong. Took forever to charge my phone.The hot water never got hot, and it was room temp at most, and the water pressure wasn't good either. The pool on the rooftop was really small, and there was no place for shade. they had two elevators, but only one was working, and it was really slow. For staying only one night, it's ok. But not for the price we paid.

It was right on the beach and the views were impeccable!!!! Staffing was top notch and the service overall was absolutely fantastic. I will be back again .

There was one elevator the whole time during my stay and it was just a lil irritating. And the stand up shower had a leak which I didn’t know about until the day of my checkout.

View and location were excellent. Staff was always attentive. Pool was good. Didn't use the restaurant due to the small options of food and prices were a bit high. We had valet service which was easy to get when we needed our car. Chairs at the beach were ready and available with towels included. Staff was also there to take drink/food orders at the beach. I had balcony room with no chair or table to sit outside but the view was amazing.

Room did not have a dresser or closet to put my clothes... an open rack to hang your clothes. No side tables to put your clothes in either. Luggage had to be prompted opened the whole time on top of the small couch.

Restaurants, bars and two pools on the property and the beach chairs with the umbrellas was wonderful. I hadn't done too much research before arriving so all was exceptional and a pleasant surprise.

I liked that the hotel is accessible from the beach to several businesses and other hotels around it.

The Hotel does not have parking, they use a valet parking service where the employees do not inform the guest how much they must pay for this service. They do not offer a Continental breakfast. They charge the 2 bottles of water and the coffee in the room. You must leave a deposit of $250 for room security that is charged separately from your nights stay. Very small pool.

Beach access, pool deck, restaurant, chairs and umbrella for hotel guests on the beach. A number of casual shopping and a variety of dining options nearby.

Limited space/drawers/shelves to store clothing. Inconsistent beach service for drinks or food. To access the street where the hotel is located, Uber drivers typically had to cross a busy intersection with only a stop sign, and that sometimes delayed their arrival times.

The property was amazing! It’s literally steps away from the beach. We stayed in the Habitat De O:live room and the decor was spectacular! Very comfortable spacious room and the shower was wonderful! The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and very friendly. Staying here was the best decision.

Accommodations, the view of the ocean is perfect, roof top pool (a little small but the view from atop is beautiful. The dining & bar right on the roof top as well. Conveniently located in the tourist strip area where you can find restaurants, bars, & stores. Staff was excellent especially Andreliz & Valerie. Hotel is under new management but the general manager Al Perez is making great improvements. Definitely will stay again.

I think the roof top restaurant Kumo can improve their menu. Its almost like the restaurant is a tapas bar but it's not. The appetizers looked more like the main entree and the main entree looked more like appetizers.
