I really enjoyed that this hotel was off the beaten path yet close to everything, especially it's proximity to the airport. It's in the countryside so you don't have to deal with the noise of a touristy area like San Juan so a good night's rest is definitely possible. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

The directions I received from Booking.com were slightly off and took me to a different location about 2 blocks down the road. Luckily, the staff was able to direct me back to where I needed to be. Just be on the look out for the giant bunny. That's the landmark that help me get to the hotel.

The room was large with three queen beds and bunk beds. It was clean and even being an older hotel, it was kept nice. The AC units kept the room cool, however, they were over two of the beds which made the third bed not as cool but freezing the people in the two beds.

The water in the shower never got hot. It did get warm, but wasn't the best experience. It was a bit noisy in the mornings, but it was noise outside of the hotel, so not their fault. Loved the lights in the headboard.

The room (one queen bed, 2nd floor) was small but comfortable for one night. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was on when we arrived (a major plus!). The staff was super nice, even making breakfast for us when the restaurant was technically closed. The pool was refreshing after a long travel day and big enough to get a few strokes.

Traffic was noisy all night and especially in the morning - lots of big trucks on the major road behind the hotel.There was some loud music but it died down after 10.

Location was great. Not too far from the airport. Quiet surroundings. Nice beds and clean room. Bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels. Enjoyed watching the birds in the tree right outside our door.

Big drawback was the lack of an elevator. Hard for me to climb stairs to the third floor, especially with suitcases. Also the restaurant was out of several things we wanted to order, and a little high priced. We went elsewhere to eat

This was our second stay at the Village Inn. We love the quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We loved that its in the community. The staff are pleasant. The pool was amazing. A great getaway for a few days.

Some toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A coffee maker in the room would be great.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great as it set us up well for visiting El Yunque the next morning. Staff was friendly, everything was easy. Beautiful location. Cooled off in the pool and it was nice!

Room was a little small, but we were squeezing 4 of us in there. Breakfast not included, but there is a restaurant on site. We ended up picking something up on the road so we didn't try it, but it looked good.

The swimming pool was nice and clean, the buildings were very pretty, and you could hear a lot of birds and coquis, (little native frogs). The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The roads in the area are narrow and have many curves. The water in the spa was cold.

I like the availability of the Inn. They had availability so late and at the last minute.. it's far away from the city. It's kinda country and it's a long drive. But I didn't mind it..

I didnt like there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. It didn't seem like they had any customers but us but the receptionist state there was no rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor and we had to struggle with our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

It was a very nice, comfortable hotel with a clean, refreshing pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

One of the guests decided it was a good idea to pace on the balcony right in front of our room while talking loudly on his cell phone after midnight. Management apparently doesn't enforce quiet hours.

Clean comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful. Giselle was a big help in checking us in and made our stay pleasant. Noel was also helpful . It is quite and easy to drive to a plaza nearby.

Nothing happened but they should have some kind of security at night
