I liked everything about the place.

We arrived early 1am , and they wanted us to pay close to $500 or wait until 9 am , so I had to get a room across the street, for us to stay at for 8 hours. I hated that, but at 9am I was able to check in and it was great from there. Until It was a rat running back and forth from the bushes around the pool for 2 days. The room we seen in photos was not the room we got. But over all we made the best of it.

Very nice hotel, very clean, nice staff.

I stayed 4 nights, the first 3 nights the room smelled like mold. I'm not sure if it was because it was an ocean front room or if it had not been occupied in awhile. They did clean it everyday, so the room was clean just not sure what the source of the smell was.

Beautiful location Problem with slow elevator only, we travel with baby and waiting few times per day was a problem for us ! Beautiful people who r constantly smiling and helping ❤️❤️❤️ Menager ( both of them was fantastic) at the hotel was perfectly cooperating with me, I was having payment problem and they was very calm and respectful Helpful, kind and professional at the some time ….. Room service and restaurants amazing We love pizza 🍕 restaurant Terrazzo next to hotel , clean amazing place with happy people !!! Drinks amazing ! Bar downstairs at the hotel was great Just great place for family or couples Thank You 🙏 so much Marriott !

Elevator

One of the most beautiful Marriott resorts I’ve ever stayed in. I’m glad I chose this specific one cz I was torn in the beginning on which resort to pick. The location cleanliness staff kindness and presence was top notch. Beautiful beach and pool. The little notes from the housekeepers Myra who made our room mostly was great and the treats during turn down. She couldn’t speak English but we communicated through google translate, would definitely come back. The price was expensive so I think breakfast honestly should have been included.

Only down fall is there are very Very few umbrellas by the poolside beds. We was all burnt all the time as the umbrellas were countable😢

Hotel was still under renovation and the common areas were not open/enough for all the guests

Early pool closing need a dehumidifier system some areas smell like mildew

The ice machine on our floor was out of commission our entire stay though I informed the front desk 3 different times

Great location , access to great restaurants, lots of beach and pool seating. Could always find a chair for reading, relaxing.

Quite pricey, and the resort fees are very expensive.

Very nice and clean. Staffs are so nice and always ready to assist. Great views over the beach!!!

The casino is very small, nothing to do there beside it or the restaurant. you paid for everything nothing as a courtesy. We had to pay for parking even the laundry you paid for. The hotel is already expensive to have you paid for parking too.

Location, pool and service were great.

The food at the hotel wasn’t as I would have expected.
