The receptionists were experienced and helpful. Our room was spacious for the 3 of us. The beds were comfy and spotlessly clean. Free 90+mbps WIFI was much appreciated. Shower were strong and toilet maintained in prime condition (Kudos to the housekeepers!). Aircon was excellent. Having free parking and free access to 3 pools and a sauna is a big plus (although we didn't have time to use them). Pleasant view of golf course and the reservoir is restorative after a hectic day. The common drinking station for hot / cold / lukewarm water is a great idea.

Nothing to dislike. Please keep your prices competitive with good reviews.

There was nothing we didn't like about OCC! The surroundings are so relaxing, the shuttle to the MRT made getting around a creeze. The full service supermarket was very handy. All the facilities were immaculately clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Royal Palm for dinner (1 for 1 buffet) is expectional value for the selection and quality - even includes drinks! We can't wait to return. An exceptional stay.

The only minor comment I would make here is that although we booked 2 triple rooms, only cups & glasses for 2 pax per room were provided each day (although the booking was for 5 pax). This was only a tiny detail and was easily sorted each day by housekeeping (thank you!)

Nice view and quiet place. Staff is very helpful. With few restaurants and a big supermarket in the golf club site 3 swimming pools available. Can play golf and swim in the suite for a day.

Shuttle bus is the main issue. The Shuttle bus to Yishun MRT is not so frequent, and many people taking (e.g. staff going to or after work, guests for joining wedding parties...). And more importantly, the bus does not have spa e for luggage. Please do not consider taking Shuttle bus if you have luggage, otherwise you and other passengers will get a trouble.

There are so many activity options at Orchid: several pools, golf course and driving range, bowling, gym, plus a grocery and several restaurants. The aircon was good and chilly. Used the odd shaped pool which was pretty good, a bit of algae but seemed clean enough. Long enough for appreciable laps. The Olympic pool was fairly busy with lessons, so didn't attempt that one. The bowling alley is huge and was good value for three families bowling together. Had prata for breakfast at the golf course, it was enjoyable. The complex seems underutilized so it is surprising it has so many FB choices available.

The beds were a bit and the bedding is a bit sparse, but not a big problem. The duvet was fine. Some extra pillows would have been nice. There was a gap under the main door but didn't experience any interlopers. I am told this grand property will be taken down in 6 years, what a pity as it has something for everyone, it will be a shame to lose it. If it were just reduced in size, it seems it would be worth keeping. Enjoy it while you can!

Like that the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a supermarket where getting food and necessities is convenient. It's a nice place to relax.

One disappointment during my stay was that the bowling enter was closed for renovation. Did not know that until a week before checking in. Also that the breakfast buffet has very few options and staff did not automatically top-up food, and milk for the beverages on the buffet table.Else all is good.

I love that Restaurants and a Grocery is available in this place. Even a bowling place is there. Makes it very convenient. As well as the Free Shuttle to the nearest MRT. They will clean your room and change all linens and towels everyday. Everyone in the reception are helpful and welcoming. They are happy to help you with anything and if you need taxis, they will also assist on booking for you. It was a very pleasant stay!

Maybe one thing that they can add are ready water bottles in the room especially when guests came from a hot travel. But overall it's still fine as there is a nearby grocery.

Room spacious, should have got the connecting room, love to sit out looking out the Golf course, love it. Staff very friendly and courteous. Didn't try out the food, not sure if there's bfast provided, Would be nice if there were. Love the Orange Juice Macchine in the Lobby, had it like 10 times ! Love it, just remind us of home back in Perth..so fresh !

Everything else is superb !

We like the location which is near to our sibling's house in the Woodlands area. The room is spacious with a balcony, which is facing a beautiful golf view. The surroundings are big and have 2 private gym rooms (for members or hotel guests) and 1 Olympic-sized swimming pool. We forgot to bring our swimming suites, really regret on this. But we have morning walks in the club.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE, except....

If I had to criticize anything negatively, it was that one night I wanted a bucket of ice, and they had me pay for it.... REALLY? It should have been complementary... the rooms are expensive enough without being "nickle and dimed" for an ice bucket!

Good location. Huge rooms, very comfortable beds

Low value for money as no included breakfast or free cancellation but prices are higher than rooms in better hotels. The aircon in the room was extremely drying so people who might find that to be an issue should take note.
