The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the city centre and walking distance away from all the landmarks. The breakfast is very good and nutritious. The room is spacious and tidy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

The entrance is through the restaurant on the left, NOT through the main entrance where you would expect it. The hotel is across the street from the police and there are a lot of police cars parked in front at the main entrance, meaning there are very little parking options and you have to squeeze through the parked cars.

It is an amazing hotel in an old building in the city centre. Amazing staff, they helped with checking in, even cooked lunch for our baby (outside of the kitchen's working hours). Great breakfast with a very funny lady. Everything was perfect! Well done!

This hotel has a special charm. Don’t let the bas reviews put you off and be open to surprises. We had a good time. The staff were great, we even got some basic breakfast in the morning. Right in the center of Braila within walking distance to the river.

Excellent location few metres from the charming Eminescu pedestrian street. Police station just in front.

Police parking their cars in front of the hotel. Fortunately we found a parking place nearby. Compared to the previous hotel in Constanta the breakfast was less good.

Big rooms, nice shower, airconditioning and a refrigerator. They offer breakfast as well. Friendly staff.

It is a nice accomodation, the biggest downside for us that there was no controller for the airconditioning, so we has to remove the power cable to not freeze:). You have to make a quit high step to get into the shower.

Is in the middle of the town, on a quiet street and in a very safe location, across from Police Station. Charming, restored, old building with all the modern amenities. Parking (on street) might be an issue, needs reserved parking spots, many locals seem to be parking around that location. Much better option than any local chains. Traian Hotel was booked and more expensive than this facility.

Signs for Porto Franco suggest traveling into the oncoming traffic (one way street). There might be another way to access the location but Porto Franco should approach/contact guests with better directions to their location.

Very central, but quiet neighborhood, nice terrace for breakfast and for talking with friends in the evening. The host was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast.

Mind the staircase. I made a bump on my forehead on the halfway of the staircase. There must be a signage there!

Family room was really nice and spacious. Perfect home made breakfast in the morning. This is may be the safest place in town :) With dozens of police cars outside and main police station just across the street.

Of course there are small things to be improved, but it is totally worth the money…

I booked this stay for my mother. They checked her into a suite in which the shower didn't work. The next day they moved to a superior suite without charging extra. The staff was professional and friendly. They get above and beyond to make my mother stay pleasant. Thank you so much.

The check-in and check-out experience was great. The location is excellent, close to all the tourist sights. The room was large enough. You find slippers in your room. Breakfast comes in four options, and is good.
