Everything was excellent, but the breakfast was a little weird, because it's a Lebanese kitchen, they don't have bacon or pork ham, very small options of meat, I think it is very rude to the customers from European countries. Also, they have to put in their description that the restaurant is only Lebanese. Not everyone likes that food.

The doors of the shower cabin didn't fit at all, so when you take a shower, the whole bathroom is flooded. There is no a single hook for the towels in the bathroom, so we had to put them on heater. And as I have previously mentioned, their restaurant is Lebanese, it could be a nice change for one day, but if you have to deal with it for two or more days, it's disaster. Also the music on the terrace is oriental, not everyone likes it.

The hotel was amazing. Friendly and happy staff welcomed us, even if we got there quite late. The check-in process took us less than 1min because we already provided all the details beforehand on their online portal. The hotel porter helped us with the luggages from the car to the room. The room was huge and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks and it was delicious.

The only 2 things I did not like was: 1. The parking is limited and most of the time full. I could say we were lucky we found a slot, but we have been blocked soon after by another car. The staff told us there were more slots somewhere else but we didn't have the chance to find it. 2. We had an issue with the drain in the bathroom and we manage to flood the bathroom and part of the carpet inside the room. It was easily sorted by the staff, in less than 30mins everything was back to normal but I would have expected these things to be sorted before we check-in.

I liked the room, it was quite accomodating for a family of 4, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, relatively modern and the most important thing is the location - it has a very good location in Bucharest, very accesible using the public transportation.

The shower hot water pressure was very low. The breakfast choices were not very numerous and repeated every morning, but it was a good breakfast though. The parking lot is rather small for the hotel capacity, hence it seemed to be very crowded and challenging to find a spot sometimes.

Hello fellow travelers! Me and my wife went to the hotel after we drove from Budapest to Bukarest, which is around 10 hours, but because of traffic it became 14 instead. We arrived and the parking was full, no problem tho cause if you go right behind the street you could park there for free. We came in and a guy was sitting behind the desk and even though we came at 11pm, he was very friendly. We checked in and the first thing we noticed while coming in the room was how big it actually was. The rooms are massive. More than enough for a couple. Slept and got up just in time for breakfast, which is from 7 to 10 I believe. We got up at 9:40 and ran downstairs only to find people still chilling and eating there. The food was still warm and tasty, it was your average hotel breakfast. To sum it up: Hotel staff was very friendly I don't know about the other reviews, but the breakfast was good It had something for everyone and was tasty as well Room was clean, and big If you're just looking for a 1 or 2 day stay this place is perfect Also they have a fridge

Very big room, nice balcony which gives good light. Bed was soft but comfortable, and shower was good. Fridge in the room as well, which is always a nice feature. The staff were really helpful and friendly when we arrived, one of the guys even walked with me to my car and helped carry the suitcases back for us. We stayed here just for a night before catching our flight home, and it's a reasonable option for the airport, about a 15-minute drive with a petrol station right next door if you need to refuel your hire car

Room was large but a little sparsely appointed, there was only one chair to sit on and not many plug sockets. A hotel this size probably needs a second lift as well. Not major criticisms, just things we noticed.

The room was big and you had all you needed there. The staff was very nice and helpful, they gave us our room earlier than the check-in hour, which was amazing. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus stop right in the from of the hotel, the buses come really often, so it’s easy to reach the center.

The breakfast is okish, but the products could have a better quality. It’s a 4-star hotel, so I’m expecting to receive something better than the cheapest cheese, ham or juice. Also, the variety could be better: there was only a faded ham, cut in gigantic pieces, and also cheese cut in very big pieces, no salami, no other possibilites for a sandwich. The vegetables were dried and not appealing.

Location close to Romexpo, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was surprised by the staff, they were exceptional and very helpful. Although we were upgraded to a better room in the new building (this room was WOW - luxurious) we asked for a room with a balcony. The receptionist was very kind, and switched us to a balcony room in the old building. They were very flexible, kind and understanding. The room was very clean, had air conditioning and met our needs. Truly impressed by this hotel. We will return for sure. Thank you Hotel Sir Royal for having us!

Not the case, everything was great.

Very good hotel, big, clean and cosy room number 418. Good continental breakfast with Lebanese touch. The personnel are very nice and speak good English. There is a bus stop just in infront of the hotel.

The hotel is on a noisy boulevard, but this is normal for Bucharest. The air conditioning system (like in room number 418) is not good for hot summers, but some of the rooms have private air conditioning (numbers 105 and 106).

Huge room, big bed, very comfortable, nice spacious bathroom and shower, tea and coffee and complementary bottled water, had all amenities I needed.

1st floor on side facing street is quite noisy for traffic. Rooms not on the street side would be MUCH better. Nowhere in the bathroom to put anything - no shelf, hooks for towels, not even a rim around the sink on which to put a toothbrush. Quite funny really! Otherwise everything was good :-)

The staff at the reception was superb. Fantastic. When I arrived I found myself with a small room and two small separate beds. I asked at the reception to have a larger room with a large double bed. (the one I always choose). They assigned me the room on the first floor as per my request. They were very good. For those who travel a lot for work, comfort is essential.
