There are very soft and comfortable beds, a beautiful view of the church from the balcony, and a cleaning service.

There was sometimes a loud and disturbing train noise, dirty spots on the carpet in the living room, and a lack of a microwave in the kitchen which was included in the description (the room was different from the one we booked). In the absence of any cafeteria or restaurant nearby, having a microwave would have been very helpful for us to heat the meal we bought.

The cleaning was just at surface, not clean everywhere The owner does not answer fast to messages and did not send the invoice as discussed but after several messages Even at 13th floor you can still hear Bucharest noise and trains which are next by the location

Kitchen is utilized with all devices but there is no real kitchen stuff you could cook with or in and inside the shelters is dirty

Generally, it's not a building belonging to a hotel. The hotel is located on several floors of the living building. So you will cross with other people living there permanently. The hotel parking lot is not located in front of it. Instead, some "Private parking" is located with additional fees and obviously, you can't use it. The parking space belonging to the hotel is about 300 meters away. Not all managers speak English (google Translate rules). The bed is too small for two average adults. The kitchen was fully packed. Towels are presented. No issues with that. Overall, we were satisfied.

The parking spot is not in front of the hotel. Instead, they rent this space to someone, maybe to the owners of apartments there.

The services and the location was excelent for my trip

I can not say that I had something that I did not like something. But maybe what can be improved is the shower cab will be good to be replaced with a bigger one because it had small entry and the water preasure needs to be checked because I had a lower presure in the shower.

Spacious apartment

In the morning, we found that we had no water at all in the apartment. Upon phoning reception, they told us that they were doing some routine maintenance on the water pipes which would take some hours (until well after our check-out time). We wish they could have informed us beforehand so that we could shower etc. before the water supply was shut down.

The property was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s well-suited for longer stays, with everything you need for a pleasant and convenient experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nothing major to mention — overall, everything met or exceeded expectations.

The room was lovely. Is a beautiful hotel, close to centre, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The room I’ve got this time (this is not my first stay at the property) was on the side where you could’ve hear the train all night long. Was sooo annoying because I woke up every hour due to the noise. The staff working there definitely have no clue what customer service means. The way they talk at the reception, the information they share, how loud they are…is just a big no!

Staff was nice and friendly, the hotel was clean, the studio apartment was very well equipped and maintained, the kitchen appliances were clean and plenty, room service was nice enough to help me outside of working hours.

The hotel was in a location pretty inaccessible by foot, in a crowded and pretty cramped neighborhood. Window blinds didn't help either, as the nearest building is less than 20m away and the same height as the hotel...

The place was on a good location for my needs. If you need some place closer to the city center by foot, maybe this is not the right one, but it has relatively good connection to the city center by bus. The appartment was well equipped and very spacious. It is a very good value for money. There is a parking available.

It is rather difficult to find a place to eat nearby. Would be good to have at least a breakfast as an option.

The rooms are big and clean. The bed is confortable and they have all the facilities you need. I’ve been to 4 star hotels that don’t even come close this this one.

The receptionist was watching a football game on tv in the lobby outside the reception area, sitting on a chair… So I thought he was a hotel customer. So I didn’t say anything to him and kept waiting at the reception desk and after 2 minutes or so I asked him if he knew where the receptionist was and he told me it’s him… So i asked him why didn’t he say anything if he saw me waiting at the reception desk. He had a very disturbing attitude as he answered me. He said that why should he know that I needed anything from him I wouldn’t keep a receptionist if he acted like this, if it were my hotel.
