Comfortable place in a decent location, the host was very friendly and accommodating. The walls keep a comfortable tmperature inside even without turning on the AC. We booked this property twice so far.

There is a sewage smell in the bathroom, although it's very clean, and the way the shower is constructed makes water puddles everywhere

- location (for me at least) - clean - very easy check in - equipped with everything you need - quiet area

- the shower, i would ve given it a 10/10 but after 30 secs you turn on water it overfloods because most likely the drain is clogged. It wouldve been nice if the owner extended the drain/cleaned it often so this wouldnt happen. - the cleaning lady makes noise early in the morning (only happened 1 day out of 2)

Coming back each year for Summer Well festival, such a nice place and what I appreciated the most was the ability to check in early, since the apartment was available.

Apartment is spacious and clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal for a family. The location of the apartment is in sector 1, with a peaceful environment. The communication with the host was extremely easy, Cristina was very helpful and quick to respond.

Very clean location. The host provided access codes by message after confirmation. Very easy to find a parking spot ( free of charge) in the street.

Excellent value for money. Clean room, lovely shower. The host allowed us to stay beyond check out which was extremely helpful. Not far from anything, which is no issue when the Ubers are so cheap!

The hosts were really nice. We asked for an early check in and they made everything possible to accomodate us. It was easy to find the place and the location is great. The room was super clean and cozy. This was a wonderful experience and we will definitely choose Casa Florescu for our next stay.

No complaints. Everything was excellent.
