Location was just perfect. Loved to do my morning runs around the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, good size double with a nice balcony and lake view, beautiful nature all around. Breakfast was simple but had everything i needed really and very tasty. Short drive from the Aurel Vlaicu airport.

Can get a bit noisy at night as there are a few restaurants/bars open till late, i wish i could have had a quiet evening in the balcony and simply enjoy the nature at night, fresh cool air, night birds singing, it was really beautiful out there. The room is however well insulated against noise once all windows were shut. It is no fault of the hotel of course, and that may simply be to the individual's preference.

the area was beautiful , the lake , the park the room was spacious ,clean with a nice view breakfast was very very very good , the staff there very professional , ready to serve you, especially the man i dont know his name thank y sir! all receptionist were very help full, the restaurant next door was excellent!!!

at the room there was no kettle for coffee or tea and that was a problem because we were leaving very early for trip or for the airport the other thing is that there is no shops or facilities near , you have to take taxi for simple things for somebody like us without taxi was a problem for someone who has car is the right place to be

This is an nice old fashion small hotel. It is located directly on the river inside a park, so everything is green and beautiful. The room was very clean.

1. I was disappointed that the breakfast is not on that beautiful location on the river that is shown in the photos, this was the main reason I choose this off-the-main-road hotel 2. If you are a sensitive sleeper like me, this is not the place for you - the room was not sound proof and you could hear some music from outside, the bed was a bit too hard for me, the curtains did not fully blocked the light, the AC was very very noisy and the fridge was also loud. If you're not sensitive, I believe only the AC noise would bother you. 3. The staff responded to my booking requests only the day before arrival, which was too late to do anything about anything - make sure to you get a response if you need something in advance, they are nice, just not very responsive.

Breakfast was delightful, and arriving early offered even better options. However, I appreciated the kind gesture of being offered a made-to-order omelette, even as breakfast service was ending. The location is excellent, especially for those seeking a quieter area within walking distance of the upscale areas around Herastrau Lake.

One minor improvement would be the addition of a kettle in the room, which would have made my stay even more comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a cup of tea at any time.

We stayed with our 2 kids (7 and 10 years). Shortly, our expectations were exceeded. We've been to Bucharest a few times, but this time we saw it from a different angle and mostly it's due to this hotel and its location. Most iconic was the Location, quiet, huge parc, big lakes, in the parc a lot of activities for the family, places to see, a museum, in like 10 mins you have few groceries, many many different restaurants, few restaurants at the hotel. Our room with a Lake view and a terrace aside from any noisy roads, was perfect. Breakfast was diverse and the chef made us some fresh and very fine fried eggs. The staff is friendly and you can have a nice friendly talk with everybody. The rooms are clean, with everything you need.

The decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant and breakfast was really good , Breakfast had plenty of options for a 3 star hotel and was decent The music was pleasant in the restaurant and breakfast area,, the views from the balcony were really nice . The staff were pleasant and attentive it felt like a 4/5 star restaurant

The only downside was the decoration of the rooms as it's outdated but it's understandable as it's a 3 star hotel and for the price is pretty good

We have spent only one night and really enjoyed it. The conclusion are the following. Clean, big room, big and comfy bed. Very nice location, close to the lake. It has a generous parking. Very good breakfast. It also has a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will go back when visiting Bucharest.

The door was a bit difficult to open. Everything else was perfect.

The location is excellent, very close to the lake. It takes just a walk of about 30-40 minutes to get to The Village Museum or the Japanese Garden. Also, the food at the restaurant is very, very good.

Just a small mention on this section....the room was very clean when we checked in. However, during the 2 nights stay, with the standard of this hotel, I was expecting that at least the garbage would be taken away. Nobody seemed to have entered the room though. Otherwise everything was fine.

The location was outstanding and the rooms with lake views amazing

Some of the rooms a little tired but this is not a complaint because the hotel is perfect

Hotel is located in the midle of beautifull park Herastrau , just near the lake . In fact the teracce of the restaurant is on the lake . Each time when I have to stay in Bucharest I am choosing this hotel , it is the best place to stay . Breakfast is very good , a lot of options , coffee is perfect .
