The hotel is tidy and clean, and the staff is exceptionally polite. Rooms are spacious and there are all you need - towels, toiletries, bathrobe, disposable slipers, ketler, coffee, tea).

What is missing are power outlets in the room, especially near the bed (there’s only one on one side of the bed, hidden behind the curtain, and it didn’t work). The food in the restaurant is average (I wouldn not recommend the chicken soup, as it’s literally like a warm water with some pieces of meat and vegetables). The sauna and hammam are clean but it looks like slightly neglected. The hotel corridors have a somewhat unpleasant (plastic-like) odor.

Everything as it should be. Checked in by the highly capable, friendly and professional Trainee named Andra. Breakfast could have some more vegetarian friendly options but it still was alright. Impeccably clean facility. Thank you.

The hotel is located near a nice park. Reception friendly staff, I received an upgraded room. The room was nice, big bed, desk, WIFI is working good and does not need a password. Bathroom with tub, shampoo available. The window can be opened (there is a mosquito net): this was appreciated as the room was very warm and the air conditioning did not seem to work as good as I expected. Breakfast buffet with good choice and tasty food. Also I can recommend the restaurant for dinner that offers different specialties and the food is good quality.

I don't really like the bad tub I'd rather have a shower: it can be slippery when exiting! The plugs are on one side of the bed and not close to the bedside table.

Breakfast was good - a few options - location is in a very nice neighbourhood - I felt safe as I was travelling alone - staff very friendly - maids very sweet

The AC didn’t work and it was very hot in my room - apparently it doesn’t kick in until temp reaches 30 - it was needed before that as very uncomfortable

Clean, elegant, enough room space, wonderful view, very comfortable. The terrace was wonderful and we listened to the birds singing, we felt we were in a forest. And we befriended 2 lovely pigeons. Such a great pleasure to be surrounded by nature and birds!

The smell in the room (it smelled like dust or plastic, I don’t know) was a very unpleasant smell; we had to let the windows open all the time.

My trip was very difficult, so hotel gave me warm Welcome on my arrival!Check-in experience was great 🔥The front desk were very helpful!Easy to communicate! The rooms are very clean, big, the beds are comfortable. I love staying here!

Amazing breakfast with lot of choices for everybody. Room size. Kind staff.

Hotel is quite old. Mattress on the bed was very bad (old one with springs inside, you hear it when you change position in the bed). Carpet in the room also very old, not looking good.

The location, walking distance to a restaurant where we had our event.

There was a small issue with some garbage leftovers on the hallway. It looked like few things got left behind when housekeeping was cleaning the room.

1: parking is expensive, far away, and hard to reach, especially if you have luggage 2: even if you are an old Ramada customer, it blocks a guarantee of 200 lei on your credit card, the amount that is unlocked many days after check out

Breakfast was very good, could satisfy all types of needs.

The furniture looks very old and the room size small.
