A great location near the business area is also a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, the neighbours were very friendly and host communication excellent with clear checkin details. The apartment was as described and was clean, tidy, and very modern, really enjoyed my stay 10/10. Many thanks!

One or two of the motion detection, hallway lights weren't working on the 3rd floor, and so was a bit dark to walk down the corridor late at night, but it wasn't a big issue

I liked the location. I liked the room and all the amenities it had.

I didnot appreciate that it was on the 3rd floor without a lift. Nowhere was to mentioned on the post. I wouldn't have chosen the flat if it had been mentioned. I was assigned the flat last minute. I also, would appreciate if simple things like salt or sugar or few sachets of tea or coffee or even a bottle of water is available in the room especially when someone is traveling across country. That is basic in most spaces especially in my country. It was really difficult to contact anyone. The numbers listed on the account didnot work or I never received responses to my messages. So I donot really know what is happening there.

Quite spacious apartment for 2 persons. Newly renowated apartment with all needed amenities. It was best buy in the neighbourhoid. Self check in. It was more than clean. It has good location in the middle of business centre. 5 min walking from Promenada mall, and close to metro that drives directly to centre. Nord events centre is very near, less than 10 minutes on foot. Building has it's own fenced parking.

Only dissadvantage i cound possibly find is that when you are on the floor it has no elevator

I like that it has a kitchen and that's what's important for me. And to be clean. It has everything you need. I liked it that the location has a pin number -only those who know the code can enter so it gives me a sense of safety.

It's located in a little scary area at night: at the end of a little street. You have to go between many blocks and the location is at the end of the street. But during the day, it's not very scary.

Convenient Location and Great Parking. I recently attended a conference and found the location of this property to be perfect. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I drove to the property and was pleased to find parking available in the courtyard. As someone who isn't comfortable with Bucharest traffic, I appreciated how quickly I could reach the property after exiting the highway. Overall, a very convenient and stress-free experience.

A good location for us as we only used it to split the journey from Bulgaria to Cluj-Napoka. The place was hard to find but it could be our fault. It would be helpful to have more pictures of the exterior and better instructions. The apartment was good and had everything we needed. The only reason for the low grade is the fact that thet forgot to throw away the garbage from the bin in the kitchen from the previous customers and there was an empty water bottle left on the countertop. If everything was cleaned and we received better instructions how to find itz it could get even a 10 grade. The parking spot was a huge advantage.

Location, parking, easy access and checkin, size of the room, utilities, communication with the host - all of these met my expectations.

I would have liked that the towels to smell like clean ones and the cleanling in the room to be more recent (as I had the impression it has been done a long time ago). Nothing really disturbing but you can feel when things are fresh.

It’s close to the public transportation; The neighbourhood is pretty quiet (we stayed over the weekend); It’s well equipped for a short stay. Comfortable bed, TV with Netflix. The host is friendly and very responsive.

The floor was not clean (actually pretty dirty), the socks got dirty really quickly. The kitchen could be better equipped (e.g provide a pan lid, a kitchen towel, basic seasoning like salt and pepper, thermal glove). We’re a couple but we found 2 small bath towels and only one large towel => 1 large bath towel was missing.

Extremely clean and comfortable apartments. It is perfect for a few nights or more. The host was very helpful and nice and everything was arranged properly. Easy to find with parking available. All people in the building were super polite and friendly. It is fairly close to malls, supermarkets and the old town. We will absolutely come back next time we visit Bucuresht. Thank you to the host and the cleaning staff! We had a really pleasant stay :)

- the room was big. the bed was comfy - value for money is excellent. - there was a kitchen in the room so we could cook some basic stuff - the location was fine. it is near a metro station as well as many buses so getting to the perfect center of Bucarest was easy (within 10-15 mins)
